    Didn't last

    If I can give it a zero I would. After 14 months of using it broke. First errors started with the dispense, then the cold mode didn't work, it would brew hot. Then just recently it stopped completely working, didn't dispense anything. This is unfortunate because you only get a 12 month warranty and I only got to use it realistaclly for like 10 months. Put in a claim through Keurig and they didn't accept it because they are firm with the 12 month warranty. They only offered 25% off their website, and that is not including their sale items. I am done buying their products, I have been using them for over 20 years, and it seems that the newer machines only last no more than 3 years. If I could give this a zero, I would. After 14 months of use, it broke. Issues started with dispensing, then the cold brew mode stopped working, only brewing hot. Recently, it stopped working altogether, not dispensing anything. This is disappointing, as the warranty is only 12 months, and I realistically used it for about 10 months. I submitted a claim with Keurig, but it was denied due to the 12-month warranty. They only offered a 25% discount on their website, which doesn't apply to sale items. I'm done buying their products. I've been a customer for over 20 years, but it seems these newer machines only last three years at most.

    Save your money if your getting for cold coffee. The coffee is watered down and taste terrible. I even tried making 2 6oz, let sit for 30 minutes before adding any ice but still ended up tasting watered down. The single serve cold machine is way better.

    Great Product Idea -- But Bad Flavor Bleed

    I've had this brewer for over a year now, and in general it's a great machine and great Idea. It's brews great hot drinks, and very cold, cold drinks. But, my one complaint is that there is Extreme Flavor bleed from Cold Drinks to Hot drinks for some reason. Anytime we brew a Strawberry refresher for example, afterword's we use a cleaning pod or two, and run the rinse cycles probably 3 full water reservoirs worth, and our next 5 hot coffee's Still taste Fruity. Because of this, we avoid the cold drinks as much as possible, but that's almost impossible with a couple teenagers in the house. Next time we will keep them to separate machines to avoid this issue.

    DO NOT BUY

    Not worth it.

    The cold brew function only ever worked half the time and after 4 months the machine stopped working entirely. That’s with regular cleaning and maintenance. Of course that’s just after the return window expired….

    DONT BUY

    Got this for Christmas. Was really excited, only for it to stop working properly after a MONTH. It would stop brewing half way through, wouldn’t brew it iced and would start smoking. So disappointed.

    Nothing but Trouble

    Stop working after a few months. Bought one as a gift and it also stopped working after a few months. Prior to the hot brew stopping, the cold brew was always a problem; often brewed hot. Never had so much trouble with a Keurig. I called Keurig customer service, while the Rep tried to be helpful it was obvious his manual did not have guidance listed for the many problems. Great idea, the cold chill technology, but not reliable. I would not be surprised if this product eventually disappears unless they can fix the technology.

    Lasted 4 months

    Purchased in September 2025 and it completely stopped working in January 2026. While making a cup of coffee, it began making a strange noise and then smoke started coming from the area where the K-Cup is inserted. This was very concerning. I’m extremely disappointed—I’ve always owned Keurig machines and have never experienced an issue like this before.

    Only Lasted a Few Months

    I bought this in August of 2025 and was so excited! My husband prefers hot coffee and I am an iced girl, so it seemed perfect. By November, it stopped working though, with gentle in-home use. Everything appears to be fine, but when I press the buttons (I’ve tried them all at this point), it only brews about 2 ounces at a time. Like others, I had another Keurig that lasted YEARS (and is still going strong), so I am very disappointed that this one only lasted a few months.
