TRAKK Hot Cold Sleeve for Ankle Support

Very soft and cold! This is great for my achillies tendinitis. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it is not as tight on my heel as I would like it to be.

Cool relief I wish it was snugger...Smallest size large....if they had a medium might have felt more snugg against my ankle...which I really wanted...Fits my husbands ankle much better than me. Also wish i could get colder even from freezer it still isn't cold enough and seems to not stay cold long enough for me. Have severe inflammation with feet especially if ived been on them for a long period of time.

Ankle ice pack I really like how the gel ankle ice pack works. I just slide it on my foot over a sock for protection and then I elevate my foot and enjoy how the cool gel pack feels on my foot. I like how it fits to your foot, so your entire foot is iced at the same time. I have used it a few times now for my sore foot and I will keep using it. I like that it lays flat in my freezer and does not take up much room.

Great sock! I have only used it for ice for broken/sprained foot, but works well. I recommend it.

Works very well I am glad I got this, it's worth every penny. I am using it as a heat pad for my ankle and it works!

Cold but not long I love itjust wished it would stay colder a little longer. Its good for about 20 of cold. Wished it would go another 10. Its comfortable and can even be used on the elbow if needed.

Great ice/heat pack but fit is just OK. MUCH better than balancing a bag of peas on your ankle! And the fact that you can heat it too is great! But warning: it can get VERY cold or VERY hot - be sure to feel the inside first before putting it on or wear a sock to protect your skin. Also, the fit is OK I have a size 6.5 foot, and it definitely does not fit snuggly, but it still feels good! Overall happy with the purchase.

Stays Put with No Fussing I have Achilles heel spurs & Achilles tendonitis & use cold packs to help with inflammation. This pack has some definite advantages over the flexible ice pack I've been using for a few years.The biggest plus is I don't have to find a way to strap on the pack to keep it tight to my heel. This pack is just slightly tight & takes some gentle tugging to get on, but once it's in place it stays put - no sliding or adjusting needed.Once in place, it stays cold for 20 to 30 minutes. In fact it's a little too cold on my toes so I've found that a very thin sock works the same way a thin cloth does over a conventional ice pack.The only problem for me is that the seams between the 2 halves of the pack run across the top & bottom of the foot - the bottom running right up the back of the heel where I need it most. It's obviously the only practical place for it so I can over look it since the pack is comfortable, convenient & works well enough for me.

This thing gets SO cold! My husbands ankles have been bothering him. We needed an additional ice pack due to ours taking a long time to freeze.As soon as I picked up the package I was impressed and excited with the weight of it. I could tell it was really going to help my husband!After about four hours in the freezer it was ice cold. We got the extra large. It was able to go on and stay on my daughter's female size 7 foot, but it also fit my husbands male size 13.It was comfortable and so cold to the touch you definitely need a sock on under it.I have my own tendinitis that flares up and Im excited to have this as an option now. 1

Feels great for 20 minutes This foot ice wrap works well. It doesn't last super long, about 20 minutes, which is standard for this type of thing. The wrap fit my foot well and feels good when needed. Happy with it.

So soothing The double pack is great! I wear one while the other is chilling in the freezer, and then switch them out! These provide immediate soothing relief.

These are AMAZING!!!! I have a bum ankle & foot (arthritis) and was having trouble wrapping an ace bandage around ice packs on it. I didn't want to ask anyone to help me with it. Enter these wraps!!! OMG!! What a game changer!! I keep mine in the freezer and they stay cold about 20 mins. They are super soft and very comfortable.

Ankle Foot The wrap was helping my ankle, but it tore after repeated use.

Game changer I'm having so much trouble with my feet, I don't know what the heck is going on he said tendinitis on the left foot but now my right foot is on fire. I keep it on usually over a thin sock for about 30 minutes

Helps with swelling Got this for when my ankle gets swollen. It helps - my suggestion is putting it in the freezer for 30 minutes or over night for best results. But fridge also works but it doesnt stay cold as long versus the freezer.
