Customize your own brushing experience with intensity settings and your choice of 3 modes: Clean, White and Gum Care. The easy-start feature slowly increases the power of the brush as you get used to the Sonicare experience and the smartimer encourages a full 2 minutes brushing time as recommended by your dental professional. Toothbrush failed/broke

The toothbrush failed after 1 year and 4 months of use. The toothbrush base became very loud and loose.
1 reply from Global 247 team - 8 days ago
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re very sorry to hear that your toothbrush developed a loud and loose base after just over a year of use. That’s certainly not the durability we want for our products, and we understand how disappointing it is when something fails sooner than expected. We’d like to look into this further and see how we can help. When you have a moment, please reach out to us directly via Facebook/Instagram (@Philips) or X (@PhilipsCare). If you don’t use social media, you can also contact us through our support page: https://www.usa.philips.com/c-w/support-home/support-contact-page Thank you again for bringing this to our attention — your feedback is important to us. Superb and unmatched toothbrush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous Philips toothbrush broke. I was worried about how long will the warranty process take. I was extremely impress. It took less than 1 week from the moment I submitted my request for the warranty and proof of purchase, to the moment my new replacement arrived at my door step. I am very happy with this model. Every time I use it, I feel my teeth as clean as if I went to the dentist. It's impressive. I will certainly won't be going back to traditional toothbrush. Highly recommend it.

Stopped working after two years, TWICE

My first protective clean toothbrush stopped working after just over two years. Philips provided a replacement handle to me. The replacement handle has now stopped working just over two years again. The toothbrush is good when it works but the longevity is extremely poor.

This information would be very helpful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I like is that it works well. What I dislike is that there are no replacement part numbers listed anywhere on the box, inside the instructions, or on the website. I'm looking for; replacement toothbrush heads, along with batteries.

    Ok, but not great.

This model is great at first. But it doesn't last long enough for the price. Mine is completely shot after 13 months. It isn't the battery this time. Instead, it has a strange vibration and doesn't have the power it had before.

    Excellent brush, recommand!! But...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I truly like the brush, use it every day and I am impressed with the battery life. I would of given five stars if it was not for the cheap case that does not close and stay close. The latch does not stay put. Which is quite annoying.

    Explications claires! Merci.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second Philips. The product is easy to use and does what it is supposed to do. We preferred the prior toothbrush stand, which held more than one brush (there are two of us) and desanitizes the brushes
