    I love this ice maker so far

    *This was sent to me as a review. I love my new ice maker so far and use it throughout the day and it holds a good bit of bullet ice in the basket at a time. My kids enjoy this ice too and put it in their cups for their juice. I highly recommend. It only takes about 10 - 12 minutes for it to make the ice. It's perfect for an apartment counter for it to sit.

    I had high hopes

    The machine started off great!! Then went downhill quickly. It has been less than a year and the machine will no longer tilt the ice over into the bin. It makes ice still but it is not dropping the ice for some reason. Also, it rusts really bad on the inside of the machine which is now impacting the ice. Ugh, I honestly don't even want to get it replaced.

    Doesnt freeze enough

    The size of the ice is small even on “large” setting and it doesn’t fully freeze. When you remove the icee from its tray it melts within very few minutes.

    Wouldn't buy again

    Got this ice maker for home and have used it maybe 3-4x and today and extremely hot day decided to cut it on. Have been waiting for over an hour and no ice is dropping. I can hear the fan and the sound like it's dropping but nothing drops!!!!

    Should not be this well rated.

    We bought this during Fathers Day weekend (early June) and the pump gave out today (early October) meaning that it gave us four months total of usage. We returned today. Luckily target’s customer service is great, and we got all of our money back. But it’s seriously disappointing how short a life span it has.

    Great product, for 13 months

    We purchased this Aug 2022 and was very pleased with everything about it. Our family goes through ice like crazy. All was good until a few days ago when the pump stopped working. A replacement was ordered today because we wanted to give it another try. This time the warranty was also purchased. I guess we got our money's worth after 13 months but we're hoping the 2nd unit lasts longer.

    I bought this ice machine on a literal whim and to me it was an excellent decision, I definitely am not dissappointed at all I love this ice maker/ It functions just like the big machines you see in hotels and restaraunts .It cycles fresh cubes in about six minutes.It is easy to set up and start using.A third grader could do it. I have had no issues whatsoever so dont believe all the negative comments This is a perfect gift for anyone special to you .I woulde def buy one again and again I love the quality of the product and it doesnt take up a lot of space and its portable.In my opinion this model is a definite winner!!!

    Mine stopped working 2 months after I got it!!!!

    I got this machine as a gift and it stopped working 2 months after I started using it. I'm very upset because it wasn't cheap… I love my ice so it was a real bummer. I wish there was a way to fix this, but the fan won't even work anymore either. No sign of life except for the lights on the buttons. I kept it clean and everything.
