Newair® Countertop Ice Maker, Bullet Ice

Everything is great a little loud but not sure what to expect the only thing that was disappointing is the ice melts quickly so it need to be moved from basket to freezer but from what I have read this is a problem with most units and this unit is known to be colder than most otherwise we love it in a couple hours per day I fill several quart size bags that last all day

I love this ice maker cozy gatherings, holiday parties, and fun family get-togethers! It's been an absolute game-changer for our parties, and our guests (and kids!) can't get enough of it! The stylish design has made this a centerpiece of our gatherings as everyone is impressed with the sleek look and that this is a powerhouse that makes up to 28 pounds of ice per day! It's fun to watch everyone fill their glasses with sparkly ice and make their drinks. For instance, we set up a mocktail bar with "good ice", juice, soda, and fruit for my kids and guests to create their own sparkling concoctions! This ice maker makes the holidays and celebrations more fun! Finally, I have to share that when the party is over, I found it easy to clean this ice maker and store it for our next party!

I've had 3 of the nugget makers. none lasted more than 6 months. and now they won't stand behind warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd never before bought a countertop ice maker; was dubious of the claims made by some manufacturers that promised 26 or 28 or even 30 pounds of ice a day. Out of this tiny box? Yeah, okay. Well, first, it's not small. It's no behemoth, but it is about the size of a bread maker, Second, this Newair does for a fact crank out 26 pounds of ice in a day. Now, I've only made medium-size ice, so I can't comment on the large or small claims, nut I am happy with the medium size ice this machine gives me.

My ice machine stopped producing ice and I contacted customer service. My machine was led than a year old. No questions asked, I provided the necessary documentation and I have a new ice machine on the way. Fern was excellent and helpful. Thank you.

I love this ice maker! Perfect size cubes and makes a good amount!

I bought this ice machine. After 1 year it broke. I was excited when they replaced the entire machine,yet 1 year later it broke again. This time i had to buy a pump. Replaced it. Doesn't work either.

I had an issue with a countertop icemaker that stopped working and Newair, and especially their representative Ionie, were very helpful and responsive to my problem. After confirming my purchase they got me a replacement shipped out very quickly.

It worked good for the first 3 years but then it broke down and wont make ice anymore. Also, its a little difficult to clean

We use distilled water in our ice maker, which allows for no buildup of minerals in it. We use it to make three loads of ice a day, which takes about 1.5 hours for each full basket. We LOVE this machine, the ice it produces, and would recommend it to anyone in the market for one. As an aside, I put the ice into a bag BEFORE I put it in our ice dispenser, as it does freeze together a wee bit once removed from the ice maker and put into the freezer. After an hour or so I "bang" it into the sink to break it up, which happens easily, and then into the dispenser.

These machines last longer than most countertop ice makers. We have 3 of them & love them. They make thick bullet ice & 50 pds a day -yeah. Plus, the customer service is wonderful. Vanessa responded to me quickly & helped me find the additional product I wanted to order Highly recommend, you will enjoy cool drinks

This is the 2nd Newair ice maker in 2 years that has BROKEN in the EXACT SAME SPOT. I was told I had to fix the broken part MYSELF. They sent the part and it was FILTHY. I will never buy NewAir.

Had an issue with water pump but customer service took care of issue and replaced it.

Product worked well and warranty was honored when it malfunctioned. Customer online service was speedy and easily followed. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

Vanessa Edwards dragged the replacement process out for over three weeks. I have yet to receive a replacement device after I have sent the "required documents" and "images" to her THREE TIMES.

I love the ice machine. It makes ice within minutes of turning on.

Many of the plastic pieces, such as the water basket to make the ice, over months started having cracked hindges. Mold would set in and I was cleaning it every four oe five days. This machine, althoug it stated it made 3 sizes, it always appeared to be the name size ice nugget.

I had the ice maker for barely a year. The inner water dish where the ice is made cracked over time, even the wall where the hinde was had a crack and would get dirty. The motor wasn't too loud during the process. This machince also was suppose to have 3 sizes of cubes but they all looked alike. I am hoping that the Newair machine that is coming today is an improvement.

Worked great at first. Motor stopped working about 7 months after first use. Contacted manufacturer within the warranty period, and they are coordinating a replacement unit.

I was very happy with this ice maker. It worked great and made amazing ice.
