I love that it gives you options. It does spill when I use the k-pods some. Other than that ground coffee sometimes gets into the pot but that’s probably my choice in filters are poor. The brewing speed is amazing. The capacity is amazing. It’s super easy to use and I’m grateful to save money making the coffee at home versus spending money daily going to the drive thru!

Stopped working after 1 year
Great coffee maker until it suddenly just stopped working this week. Doesn’t even turn on. Only had it 1 year and of course because it’s a few days after the 1 year warranty expired Keurig won’t offer a replacement. What a shame. Will not be buying any Keurig brand products ever again. I didn’t spend $200 on a coffee maker to have it only last 1 year

Good but...
Cannot add time to the hot plate. Cannot stop when started to brew, have to unlpug it. The coffee is fast brew but not hot, have to wait it heat on the plate 2-3 minutes before serving. We liked our previous Keurig with a stainless jar that we could let on the table but the electronic broke and we had to change.

Again, less than a year old and it's not working
Hi, bought this less than a year ago and it is not working anymore. It just stopped working. It does not make coffee anymore on the single curling thigh. I am very disappointed in this product. This is the same thing that happened to my last one

It isn’t able to put the warmer plate on if you haven’t emptied the pot and still wanted on.

If you’d like to turn it back on manually, simply press and hold the Carafe button for three seconds, and it will stay on for another 2 hours. We hope this helps! It really should come with the kuereg filter part and one filter. Nobody wants to buy something and open it up only to have to buy another part that is really kinda cheap and shipping would cost more. But Target did a great job thanks

Was Great Until It Wasn't
Purchased March 2025, have always used filtered water, changed the filter, and descaled it but tried to brew a single cup a few days ago and it powered off. Have tried to get it to turn on again without luck. It's expensive for something that breaks less than a year later.

I have always had Bunn coffee makers. A year and one month ago I purchased my first Keurig duo. My machine broke down and I contacted Keurig. They replaced my machine with a newer model in one week. That’s what I call standing behind your product.
