I haven't gone as far as to check what all I am sensitive to but I knownI am lactose intolerant and have other food sensitivities. These helped me feel great for the whole month. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I been using this product enzymedica Digest Gold extra strength for about 2 weeks and has worked on me, Im usually bloated after a meal and sometimes have gas especially at night time, this past two weeks i have seen improvements on my body not only i don't feel bloated at night but my gases have been reduced so I believe it's this amazing product which also it's vegetarian, it's a pill and you can't taste it lol I am continue to take this product after lunch and night time. The package was sealed and it came in a bubble bag.
