This product does not work very well . If you’re going to use the coffee grounds instead of the pods , it sprays the coffee all over the top part of the coffee dispenser area . Therefore, you have coffee grounds in your mug . I would’ve expected for this product for as expensive as it was to have worked much better , then it didn’t . Not happy with this product and will not recommend .? Thanks . Have a nice day.

We have been using coffee pods for years and finally decided to switch to whole bean. Didn’t need a fancy coffee machine but wanted one that would grind the beans for us. The Bella single serve is perfect! Easy to use and the coffee tastes great. It does take a few min to get a cup of coffee and you do have to empty the tray after every cup. But minor inconveniences for a great cup of coffee.

This thing is difficult to program and the coffee come out Luke warm

Beautiful appliance. Perfect size small countertop foot print. Bean grind size is coarse - larger particle than medium. After a dozen great cups of fresh-grind coffee, I noticed water metering was only moving half the selected serving ounces of hot water. I'd select 16oz - makes 6-8 oz finished brew. Select 8 oz, makes 3-4 oz. Water delivery pump timed-meter faulty. Not delivering selected oz. To get selected serving size I need to remove and replace brew basket leaving grounds in basket to reset for 2nd brew... select 2nd brew GRINDER OFF to get full 16oz mug if hot fresh brewed coffee.

I have ground coffee, i turned off grinder, chose my desired oz, cant get it to brew.

So far it’s great. Very pretty design, looks great.

Looks to be a simple a straight forward machine. Easy way to make a drip cup of coffee. Love it

I purchased this item as a gift, and unfortunately it did not perform as expected. The machine took an excessive amount of time to heat up and failed to dispense any hot water for approximately 40 minutes. When it finally began dispensing, it would not fill an entire cup. I attempted multiple cycles, but it still would not properly dispense hot water, let alone brew a full cup of coffee. Due to these issues, I ultimately returned the product. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this single-serve coffee maker and would suggest choosing a more reliable brand, such as Keurig.

I have only had this grind and brew single serve for a few days, and other than setting up the time and that it doesn't turn off, It is easy to use and makes a nice fresh cup of coffee. So far I am very happy with this purchase.

Had just under 4 months and all I get is grounds everywhere. No matter how much I clean it.

I love my coffee maker. I only wish it was easier to clean.

Makes good coffee. Love the way it has coffee waiting for me when I get up in the morning. It's easy to clean after each brew.

Great machine but even on bold settings it makes a weak cup of coffee
