A: DEFINITELY NOT QUALITY MADE!
Horrible machine. This thing burned out not even a week after purchase. Tried going through 3 of these exact models. Each time I’d set it up and get it ready for the work week to have a cup of coffee and never failed that I’d set my pod and puncture the seal and press the brew button and the machine would turn off and smell of smoke.
Not only is it a potential fire hazard. It’s a horrible product for the price point. I would expect the product to last at least a couple years (or even one brew) before burning out. It was really disappointing that I had the same experience 3 times in a row with the exact same model.

A: You can manually push the power button to turn it off. If you don't shut it off, it will automatically turn off after 5 minutes. No need to wait though.

A: Similar to other household appliances, Keurig coffee makers require basic maintenance in order to keep them clean and functioning properly. For best results, we recommend descaling every 3-6 months using our descaling solution to keep the coffee maker free from scale or lime build up. The water reservoir should be cleaned weekly by wiping it with a damp, soapy, lint-free, non-abrasive cloth and rinsing thoroughly. It should not be placed in the dishwasher. We hope this helps!

A disappointment
So disappointed in this coffee maker. Bought one and within 2 days water was pouring out everywhere that it shouldn't be. I exchanged it for the same one and the coffee comes out tasting more like water than coffee, even when I tried the Strong brew option. My first Keurig lasted for many years, my second one a couple years, and now this one lasted not even days. Disappointed in how the brand seems to have changed.

Looks great but the revamp design is not ideal for me the buttons are odd no 4oz option and the base on the bottom why bother to have a tray to remove when a larger cup still won’t fit?

Keurig K-Supreme review
I've had a K-Compact for years, so I decided to upgrade to something a bit more streamlined with the K-Supreme. Mixed feelings so far. What I like: Sleek, modern look The water reservoir handle is a really nice touch — makes refilling easy Compact size fits my counter well Brews fast and runs quiet What I don't like: Build quality feels cheap compared to my old K-Compact. I'm not confident this one will hold up long-term. I use the Keurig-recommended universal reusable K-Cup, and while it fits fine in the pod holder, the latch doesn't fully close when I pull it down to brew. It still brews normally, and I've double-checked the pod is seated correctly, but this appears to be a known issue with the machine. I don't normally purchase a warranty on products but this time I did just in case. Overall, I love the design and the day-to-day brewing experience, but the construction quality gives me pause. If you're upgrading from an older Keurig model, don't expect the same solid feel — this one prioritizes style over durability.

Customer pick up not worth it
Pick up order inside store wrong item was waiting for me. I was told I had to go and get it off the shelf. When I brought it to the service desk, it was very busy. One person working and they couldn’t get the security cord off the box had to wait till they went to the register to find somebody to get it off.
