Our original diaper rash ointment is a thick, cream-like protective mild diaper rash paste with 16% zinc oxide. Boudreaux’s Butt Paste Original Diaper Rash Cream provides instant protection from wetness to help keep baby’s boo-tay dry and is free from dyes, preservatives, parabens and talc. To apply, change soiled diaper immediately, cleanse diaper area, allow to dry and apply diaper rash ointment liberally.     Best diaper rash cream

    This diaper rash cream is hands-down amazing. My baby had a diaper rash when she was only two weeks old. Will you put this on her and left it on for a couple days and the rush went away almost instantly the consistency is very thick so it’s very easy to cover all places. A little goes a long way, so even a little bottle will last a while.

    This paste las long on the skin and creates thick protective layer that really helps with bad diaper rashes.     Really helps diaper rash quickly!

    We love this stuff! It’s super thick which you need with diaper rashes! My son has eczema and he’s very sensitive to diaper rash cream but this stuff works wonders.

    Could be better

    Worked ok, not great. Definitely better options and cheaper options. Appearance is almost a yellowy color and gets very runny. Scent is ok not over powering but wouldn’t purchase again

    Ehh…

    I heard great things about this product, but for me it’s just ok. The consistency is a thick paste, but for some reason mine would have random pockets of liquid. Not entirely sure what was up with my batch, it is not hot where I am and the expiration isn’t until 2027…I had to mush it around before putting it on baby, which was not convenient. Also didn’t feel like it did much for his rash. Surprised seeing as it is extra strength.

    Disappointed

    We tried this but weren't fans of it. It did alright but wasn't as fast acting as others. It's an affordable product but just didn't provide the results we were hoping for.

    Protects skin and gives a quick relief

    This is one of my favorite brands of ointments for baby diaper rash, I like the smell of it and the texture is somewhat sticky but that helps give the skin a layer of protection for a longer time

    I use this almost every day. It helps as a barrier cream for when my kids have bad diaper rashes & the zinc in it will heal the rash quickly! It is cool to the touch and come in travel and large sizes

    MUST HAVE PRODUCT

    This is miracle paste! My daughter had the worst diaper rash when teething and NOTHING was working. It took a friend recommending this product, and it absolutely changed the game. We have never used any other product since. It is the first thing I tell friends and family to add to baby registries and one of the gifts I make sure to include in my newborn baskets.     Solid product

    This stuff does exactly what it should, keeps my baby's skin protected without any fuss. It’s not anything extraordinary, but I’ve never had any issues with it.
