We love this stuff! It’s super thick which you need with diaper rashes! My son has eczema and he’s very sensitive to diaper rash cream but this stuff works wonders.

Could be better
Worked ok, not great. Definitely better options and cheaper options. Appearance is almost a yellowy color and gets very runny. Scent is ok not over powering but wouldn’t purchase again

I heard great things about this product, but for me it’s just ok. The consistency is a thick paste, but for some reason mine would have random pockets of liquid. Not entirely sure what was up with my batch, it is not hot where I am and the expiration isn’t until 2027…I had to mush it around before putting it on baby, which was not convenient. Also didn’t feel like it did much for his rash. Surprised seeing as it is extra strength.

Disappointed
We tried this but weren't fans of it. It did alright but wasn't as fast acting as others. It's an affordable product but just didn't provide the results we were hoping for.

This is miracle paste! My daughter had the worst diaper rash when teething and NOTHING was working. It took a friend recommending this product, and it absolutely changed the game. We have never used any other product since. It is the first thing I tell friends and family to add to baby registries and one of the gifts I make sure to include in my newborn baskets. Instant relief
This paste is super thick, but it's the perfect barrier between bum and bowel movements in the diaper. They make all rashes and redness go away quickly. I also use it as a preventative overnight. I work in daycare, so I've used many different ointments and creams. I've seen what works, what doesn't, and how quickly. This experience allowed me to choose this paste for my own little one.

I truly can't believe how quickly it treats and clears up a rash. We tried numerous other products and this one was the best hands down. It doesn't have a scent and the texture is nice and not too oily making it so much easier to apply.

Although it's very thick, it works great, and very fast! When you have a newborn, they're bound to get a diaper rash as they're not used to wearing diapers yet. This stuff takes the rash away so fast! I would recommend getting one of the diaper cream spreaders though! In my opinion this diaper cream works better than aquaphor, desetin and all of the others.

The Strongest Little Guy Out There!
We are major fans of the 4oz butt paste container, so when we found the 2oz version we picked it up immediately! This butt paste never disappoints. It's the only paste that keeps our baby protected when he has a rash (layer it on like you frost a cake)! We favor the 2oz version for plane rides - great in the carry-on diaper bag! We tend to go through the 4oz in about a week if he has a rash, so the 2oz helps specifically during travel. I'd buy this in a bucket if I could!
