In my experience, Command Brand products are top-tier for home organization, especially when you're working with limited space. This large hook is incredibly versatile. The hook is large enough to easily hang my bigger items. I used it to hang a butterfly/moth net in our front closet, and now it's always easy to grab when needed. The hook was simple to install, adhered securely to our painted wall, and hasn’t budged since. I appreciate that the package includes two Command strips — one for mounting and one as a replacement — along with clear instructions on the back. The Command adhesive sticks well (I put the hook on a painted inside wall) and doesn't leave any sticky stuff behind when removed. I got the large hook; this product comes in different sizes. I received this product free from 3M.

I should have looked more closely at the instruction photos because I applied the adhesive to the hook upside down (the 3M arrow on the adhesive strip points down and I put it at the top), however, the hook still adhered very well to the back of my closet door. That left the tab visible but since it’s on the back of the door, I’m not concerned. I like that I’ll be able to easily remove it at a future date without damaging the door. I’m pleased with the hook; it’s a convenient place to hang my purse or clothing. This type of hook will also be great for hanging wreaths on the front door.

I would like it to hold 10 pounds because purses and diaper bags, book bags get heavy. They have a clean look and aren't too intrusive. The clip on this is a bit bulky and rigid but hasn't caused any issues.

While the picture on the packaging shows a purse hanging from the hook, the shape of the hook would not easily support a purse. Further, the weight limit is 5 lbs. I used it for holding an empty plastic watering "can". It does an adequate job; but the vessel must be empty, or water would spill on the floor because of the angle.
