This is bleach. since the review, i have done my hair 2 more times, and damaged the already blonde bleached hair like chickle, gum stringy hair, that i had before the review. total regret. this is an update on my review. Color-treated, permed and highlighted hair is more vulnerable to the damaging effects of chlorinated water. There is no suggested waiting period for swimming after coloring or highlighting your hair. We suggest you wet your hair with tap water before going into a chlorinated pool and shampoo your hair immediately upon leaving a chlorinated swimming pool.
