Worst company ever
I purchased my Primo touch during COVID at Target. It lasted 3 years, first the cold water would not dispense and now none of them work. I called Primo and they told me to troubleshoot the machine, i did it. I cleaned this puppy every 3 months as recommended with vinegar and warm water. It still does not work. I called them back and they said I would have to buy a new one. For a machine of this price I would expect it to last more than 3 years. What a disgrace. And now is double the price. This company does not stand behind their product, they did not offer a replacement or even a discount to replace this one. They are the worst at customer service and the worst company in America. I will not be purchasing primo EVER AGAIN. Disgusting!

Huge dent/cracked/loud
Product arrived damaged. Huge dent in the side, and the front dispenser button had cracks in it. We didn’t open it right away and of course are now out of the return window. It works for now but does make a loud noise when the water is dispensing. Make sure you check the box if you aren’t planning on using it right away.

Worst product ever invented
I brought a previous water dispenser from this brand, it worked wonderfully for years with no problem. I wanted to get a bottom loader and saw all of the features and it looked mezmerizing to me so i figured what the heck why not buy it. When I got this item home, the hot water never worked, cotacted customer service, they sent over how to videos followed them. 90 days later the machine stopped working and i cant get not only hot water, but no water at all. The machine stopped working period. Contacted customer service again they promised a refund back in October and i still have not gotten anything as of today 12/31/2023.

go for another brand
Second Primo water dispenser in less than 3 years. Both stopped working shortly after the 1-year warranty. When it worked it worked great. But after the year passed the dispenser stopped dispensing and customer service had answers except sorry.

super loud/noisy
I have the same one but in white and had it for a year now. I wish I returned it earlier for a different one. I like the look but its super loud and noisy! Also the middle water temp option isn’t really room temp. It feels the same as the cold option. For the price of this, I recommend a different one… that isn’t loud.

Thank you for your feedback, daaangk. Usually, when this occurs, it is because of the way the hose lays on the bottle. Dispense water, so it begins to pump, and then stop dispensing and open the door. You can usually see the hose vibrating against the bottle. Just reposition the probe, and that typically fixes it.

Also the appearance of the product is aesthetically pleasing, so it isn’t a big eye sore in the middle of the room. However my only issue is, the machine (that I could figure out) didn’t produce cold / hot water. It was just the room temp. Other than that, perfect!

Junk!
It stopped dispensing cold water, right after that a loud annoying noise. Called primo, was sent troubleshooting instructions, which none worked. It was 1 week after warranty, so I was out of luck.

I love that you can choose hot, cold, or cool water. It's so convenient whether you're making a cup of tea and need hot water or just came in from a walk and want a cup of cold water. The child lockout feature is great for those with little kids. We have a one year old so the feature is a must for us with a product like this.

I love that this water cooler was easy to set up right out of the box. The jusg are easy to install when they run out. I love having cold water quickly when i need some. I no longer have to worry about having a filter on my kitchen faucet anymore since having this primo smart touch. I love that the jugs sit in the bottom I no longer have to lift heavy jugs upside down and not hae to worry any spilling everywhere,

I can use it for so many things and it’s built so well and is a good size so it’s not in the way. I love it’s slim design and how easy it is to load the bottles in the bottom. My favorite part is that I can choose between hot, cold or room temperature so I can use it for cooking or making coffee or just grabbing a quick, cold cup of water! I have told everyone how great this product is and I definitely recommend it!!

I was honestly surprised how large it is though. I expected something smaller. We have found a spot for it but my original thought was that bit would fit on a counter. That does not work. Make sure to check the size & that it will work for your space. It is super easy to use and is so nice how you can have hot, cool or cold water. I love knowing that we always have fresh, clean water now.
