The toothbrush is controlled by the app which is disappointing. It determines when the brush head needs to be replaced Although the toothbrush is in perfect condition you are forced to change it. Poor quality charger

I had the Sonicare 2200 and was satisfied. This one changed everything. It tells you where you miss and make you do touch-up. Even my dentist was impressed.

I love these products! This one is my fourth toothbrush. One big miss in the design of the travel case is it isn't possible to store the toothbrush, brush head, AND brush head cover in the travel case. Either the brush head with the cover has to travel separate, or the brush head cover is separate. Please change the travel case to allow the brush head with the cover to fit in the travel case with the toothbrush.

Disappointing. I have been a Philips sonicare user for at least a decade and this model is a step in the wrong direction. First of all, for incomprehensible reasons, they made it incompatible with the previous elegant glass chargers. Such a waste to now carry its own proprietary charger when the rest of my family has to use the other type. The case feels flimsy and not high quality though it has a sort of a fake leather finish. It is also unstable. Cheap plastic inside. Hardly premium. Now, a year later the vibrator bar is shaking and I need to replace it. I will be downgrading and going back to the previous model,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It failed one week before the warranty expired. Fortunately Philips replaced it immediately. However, the new brush does not pair with the app. But as fair as the product goes, it’s a great brush. My teeth have never been cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When using the model HX999C and my phone, Z-Flip 3 Samsung Galaxy, I have always a location that shows a row of yellow teeth. Using the deep clean mode and high intensity just about always the lower left inside row comes up yellow. Then it offers touch up and after doing that it still shows yellow. I would say 9 times out of 10 it shows yellow but a few times it showed white. I have never finished a regular session where all teeth showed white. Only after using touch-up a few times it showed all white. This means I'm using the the brush more often going to 4 minutes therefore shortening the brushes life. As a result it's costing me more money because these brushes are not cheap!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I luv the Prestige 9900 so much that I brought my 2 adult kids each one for Xmas presents.I only use one mode and that is clean and believe me it gets my teeth sparkling clean and white.However it can be challenging when you r uning the application with your phone in trying to get 100%. I only got 100% 5 times since using the toothbrush consistenly simce August 2024.The charge usually lasts a week.
