How small it is, is the only good thing about this Keurig. I’ve owned a few different types of Keurig coffee makers, this is the worst one by far. I typically really like their coffee makers. This one leaks everywhere constantly. I’ve come back to my counter to find coffee covering the countering while filling up my coffee simultaneously. The coffee is extremely water-y… it’s depending so much water while making coffee. When I want to use it for hot water, the water comes out brown (even though the pod was removed), to the point where the water is not even slightly see through. Skip this Keurig. Don’t waste your time or money.

I purchased this Keurig in August of 2025. We did not open it until we moved into our new place in late September 2025. In February of 2026 we started experiencing issues with it. We used the Keurig a maximum of 2-3 times a day during this time. We would occasionally have coffee out or I would make cold brew instead. It started to put out minimal water (maybe 1/4 of the water in the reservoir) and it would not heat up. Water would also pool in the place where the K-Cup is placed. The K-Cup would get wasted and proceed to make a huge mess since the device did poke the hole in it. We tried cleaning it and looking for tips online. Nothing helped. We filed our warranty claim and received a replacement from Keurig in March of 2026. I do not know if they sent me a brand new one or a refurbished one because the box was different and we did not get an instruction manual this time. Since I sent back everything when claiming the warranty, I no longer have this information. The same issues started to occur in May of 2026. I thoroughly cleaned the device and let it air out for several days before trying it again. This seemed to fix the device for a week or two. The issue started again and no amount of cleaning it has helped. After a second cleaning yesterday, I tried the device again. Although the water dispensing was minimal, it was hot this time. Unlike the previous issues, this time the device started smoking. I could not get it to stop until I unplugged it. We will be trying to give Keurig a call regarding this, but at this point I don’t want another one. This model is clearly defective and possibly dangerous. I previously had a full size Keurig that I had for close to 10 years. It never had issues like this. It still worked and I only switched to a smaller model to save kitchen space. I will never purchase another Keurig product after this.

I love this single cup Keurig! It's nice and compact and takes up very little space on the counter. There are several different choices of how large or small to make your cup of coffee. The green color matches perfectly in my kitchen. Best of all, it's easy to use and clean. I would highly recommend this single cup Keurig!

Epic failure. Stopped working after about 4 months- kept shutting off mid brew and coffee was cold. Contacted Keurig since it was within the warranty period and they agreed to send me a new one but only after they received the broken one. After about 3 weeks I finally received a new one, which then failed to work properly right out of the box, having the same issues as the one I sent back. Now waiting on my 3rd machine.

Didn’t even make it through 12 k cups before breaking. Water stopped and just leaked all out of the bottom until it wouldn’t turn on anymore. Do not buy, waste of money and defective. On sale for a reason.

We bought the Keurig K-Mini 2/3/26 and are disappointed. Here it is 5/22/26 and it's not working. We have descaled it about 4 times within the last couple of weeks to no avail. I will contact the Keurig to determine if they will help me. I know Target will not.
