fails after a month
I've had this pitcher exactly 1 month ago I've loved it until this weekend when it developed a crack or seam failure at the bottom corner of the pitcher, the side where the handle is attached. Since it's at the bottom this leak renders the pitcher unusable. I'm not keen on spending upwards of $40 on a replacement that's going to fail in 30 days so I'll try another brand. The failure follows the seam in a straight line so I assume there's a inherent weakness on the handle side of this pitcher. I have the smaller version which appears to be holding up but need something large for the kitchen and this was it for 30 days

The indictor light is a gift and a curse. Purchased March 21,2025 and have enjoyed it Everest that day. Finally was changing the filter and the indictor light finally gave out during that process ( sad face). The replacement process was easy and stress free. I called the number on the former box ( Brita) in 10 mins I had a replacement on the way in 7-14 business days. 10/10 recommend.

Design fail!
All the pitchers have uncovered pouring spouts. Really?! Filter water only for airborne contaminants to fall into the filtered water. Genius. All the older pitchers had a flap to cover the spout. Switching to a different brand.

Sensor Broke Less Than A Year
The jug is easy to clean and replace filters but I'm not a fan of the open space at the spout. But the main reason for the bad review is my sensor just broke and I haven't even had this thing for a year. I hope they fix this because the earlier models were much better.

Poor Quality - Indicator Light Dead
Battery for filter-changing/indicator light should last 2-5 years. Only 1 year and 5 months later from purchase, it’s dead and unable to be changed. Solution is to buy a new one? We’ll use it until the rest of it breaks, I guess. But.. What a waste!!
