Terrible customer service
I had this model shipped to me. When it arrived, there was no packaging inside the box and the unit looked used. I returned it via FedEx, which customer service confirmed. That was a month ago and still haven't received credit. They said it with br another 5-7 days. Unacceptable!

Excellent little coffee machine
I purchased this nespresso essnza mini a few days ago the machine is great easy to use heats up quickly and fits perfectly in small kitchen spaces. The performance is consistent, and the overall quality feels premium. It’s a great choice for anyone who wants a quick, high-quality espresso at home.the capsules go in easily and the coffee is hot only the only downfall i see is the capsules that came with it are very weak in flavour might need to use a coffee whitener or just use the expresso shot not the lungo and add hot milk to it.other than that i love the machine ,but not the capsules i will test more cpsule brands as i can perhaps they may be more flavour not weak watery taste.

5 years later and still worth it
I’ve had my Nespresso mini for about 5 years now and it’s still going strong. As long as you keep up with the cleaning and descaling, it really holds up. Mine works just as good as when I first bought it. It’s super compact, doesn’t take up much counter space - which is great especially when we move every 3 years and always have different layouts in our kitchens. I will say it’s a little loud while brewing. It’s not crazy but you definitely hear it. It o my runs for a few seconds so it’s never a bother. For the price, I think it’s great value. You get reliable good-quality espresso at home without spending hundreds on a big machine. After 5 years of daily use, I can confidently say it was worth every penny. I still love it!

It’s the perfect size for a coffee station , and has very elegant design . Holds 4-6 capsules , it’s easy to use just add water tank and press either the expresso or lungo button to turn it on . You wait approximatley 30 seconds and then insert the original capsules . It’s very easy and convenient to use

Kind of disappointing coffee, let alone espresso.
I was really hoping this would make just amazing coffee for my new RV, and well it’s not… Bad it’s certainly nothing to write home about. I had tried a friend’s Virtuoso, and was impressed, and this really left me disappointed.

Really small . Cups don't fit underneath. Cup stand pieces are a pain, not under friendly to retrieve pods or empty water. Water dispenser is also not user friendly.

The Nespresso Essenza Mini is my travel buddy. I spend a large portion of my time staying in hotel rooms as I travel with work. I wanted an espresso machine that was small enough to take in my suitcase and was easy to use with little to no clean up. It is compact, stylish, and makes a good espresso. The classic Nespresso capsules are also slightly cheaper than the Vertuo capsules, which makes it a very economic option, if you are looking for more of the espresso shot size vs a coffee size. The pump isn't super quiet, but it really only runs for about 30 seconds start to finish. The capsules are auto ejected into a disposal container for easy cleanup.

this mini Nespresso pot is perfect. If you have a small kitchen or don’t wanna take up that much room to make your kitchen look junkie. The power is amazing. It’s a full on espresso. It works the same as the big one and the controls are so easy to use the set up is also very easy as all the instructions fill it out for you and this just makes the perfect cup of espresso and you can make it the most amazing lattes in this little Machine!

Simple and Delicious
This is our second Nespresso Essenza Mini. Our first one lasted over 7 years but we decide to purchase another. I love how the mini pods are cheaper but just as delicious, and I prefer espresso over coffee anyway! It’s made perfectly everytime, with no hassle or long wait. If you need an efficient machine that is easy to use (only 2 buttons) and long-lasting, this machine is a no brainer!
