A: In the previous answer, you say that the ingredients are sourced from petrol chemicals and yet in this answer you say only plant based. This seems to be a contradiction.

Love the soap hate the NO REFILL in a pouch for resale. I don't want to buy again because of large plastic container. I bought the laundry paper but I haven't tried it yet. This line needs to work on using less plastic. I like the cleaning wipes but I don't want to buy another due to another plastic jug. Why can't you sell them in a pouch? Please consider.. We need GREEN packaging .

Arrived frozen!! It’s been inside for 5 hours and hasn’t melted even a little. Because I also ordered a large planter it came in a huge box with just thick paper inside- not nearly enough protection from the elements.
