The cap does not measure correctly!
I had the same issue with the cap as the other people, the green lid dispenses waaay more than it's supposed to!! I ended up using a measuring cap from a liquid medicine bottle to measure every time I use the detergent to make sure I'm putting in the right amount. I'm not sure how the made it past quality assurance… please fix this seventh generation!!

New Cap doesn’t work
I have been using this detergent for years. However the new green dispensing caps do not work. I have to squeeze air from the bottle to get the caps to dispense the amount required for a clean load. Otherwise, it dispenses a very small amount. Love the product, hate the new cap design.

I absolutely love this laundry detergent. It's great for my 10 year olds to be able to do their laundry and not use too much detergent. The scent is nice and not overpowering. It cleans our clothes well and the smell is nice. The packaging is great as well and has been my new go to for a few months now!

I love everything about this product. It is easy to handle and doesn’t leave another massive plastic jug in the landfill. It cleans really well and smells very subtly earthy. Awesome at treating tricky stains. The only thing I don’t like is not getting the sixty six loads of wash from each bottle, as indicated on the label.

Green Cap = Thumbs Down
The new green cap easy dose dispensing mechanism is a pain in the booty! Love the detergent, very displeased with the new cap! I replaced my green cap with the white from my previous bottle. I hope it lasts until you bring the white cap mechanism back! : )

We've used this for at least two years. But the last three bottles we've purchased the caps didn't work. I had to dig an old cap out of our trash and swap it out with the new one...the detergent works great, just be sure to keep your old caps until they figure out what's going wrong in the manufacturing process.....

I have loved this product for yearrrrrsss. But don’t buy the green lid!! It doesn’t work. Luckily I had a previous bottle that I could swap but NOTHING comes out of the new one. How did this pass QA?!

Easy dose does not work
I did a lot of research before choosing this product. I have only washed one load, and it seemed to be fine. On the second load, one squeeze of liquid detergent seemed to be more than I thought it should be. I measured and had squeezed 1/2 cup. The easy dose was supposed to squeeze out 2 teaspoons. So, if you buy this, you are going to have to figure out your own way of dispensing 2 teaspoons until the company redesigns the bottles.

Poor redesign
The bottle has been resigned and the new pumps attached to the top don’t work. Nothing comes out when you squirt the bottle, and nothing refills because the ball in the dispenser doesn’t budge. I have tried several of the new design bottles and none of them work.
