This toaster as others here have also said, only worked a few weeks before the heating element quit working on one side! It's worthless now. I've had this toaster for about 3-4 weeks and it is now going in the trash. Buyer beware!! I definitely do NOT recommend this brand.

I purchased this toaster less than two months ago. Because we have a limited space, the compact design seemed like a perfect fit. However, after using it just a couple of times a week, one side of the heating element stopped working, leaving us with unevenly toasted bread. I requested a replacement, but unfortunately, the new unit has the exact same issue right out of the box.

I absolutely LOVE THIS TOASTER! We have less counter space than I prefer and my husband uses a toaster daily. We have had a ten year passive aggressive relationship surrounding the huge hunk of metal I want put away after use. Broke after 2 months. The handle no longer stays down when attempting to toast and the element on one side is no longer working. Super disappointing. I’ll be contacting Bella to see if they can do anything per the warranty.
