Very disappointing vacuum.

For a model that claims it is great for pet hair. it's design makes it unusable for this purpose. If there is hair or dust in the bottom of the collection tube, when you start the vacuum it sucks the debris up to the top of the tube and clogs the filter.

Do not buy this!

I actually hate this vacuum so much! The suction is TERRIBLE and I find myself having to make several passes to get everything. It’s SUCH a waste of money and I am really annoyed that I have to spend more money to get a different one. I am sticking with Bissell or Shark as they are FAR more superior!

UNDECIDED AS YET

I'M UNSURE OF THIS VACUUM. IT'S HARDER TO USE THAN EXPECTED. IT REQUIRES A GOOD DEAL OF EFFORT, STRENGTH DESPITE ADJUSTABLE DEPTH/FLOORING FEATURE. I FIND, AS MY HEALTH AGES, MY ABILITIES CHANGE AND THEREFORE MY NEEDS. I'D PREFER A SHARK MODEL NO LONGER AVAILABLE. I ALSO HAVE THE SHARK NAVIGATOR VACUUM WHICH I'M UNABLE TO USE.
