The 6th stage pH+ inline filter enhance the pH of water and adds food grade quality calcium carbonate into the water. 5 stars is reserved for the model with the electronic pump. This is a solid piece of equipment. The only thing that I would advise against is that in the instructions it says that the tank should empty in 10 minutes, and that you only need to flush 1 tank. That is just patently false, you likely need to use a bike pump to force all of the water out, and then do that like 3 times. So really you need to flush your system about 3 times which when waiting for the tank to refill should take you like ~9 hours.

Replacement of filters

I can only say these things are so hard to change out. I did not get a wrench with the first order to take out the canisters and trust me, it took some creative tooling to get them out. I still have not replace one on the top as it is just not coming loose even with the silly wrench provided. I like the clean water but don't like having to change the filters out.

Best Filter Around

I cannot imagine not having my APEC filter. The water here in Bergen County NJ is dubious. I feel safe in knowing my filter provides me clean and delicious water. It is the only filter to not only remove impurities but improves the taste of the otherwise nasty tasting water here.

ROES-PH75 system is Superb!

We have the under-the-sink ROES-PH75 system and love it! We've had it for 2 years and it gets daily use--very heavy when all the kids and grandkids visit! The taste is sooooooooooooooo much better than what comes out of the spigot unfiltered. The 3 stage filters actually gave great quality readings for well over a year. I highly recommend this system.

Easy Replacement Process

I received the new filters, opened everything to ensure a safe arrival of all parts and pieces. Reviewed the instructions that were enclosed with the new filters, thoroughly. I proceeded with step 1 and followed the instructions through to the end. In 30 - 45 minutes everything was cleaned, sanitized and all filers replaced. The most difficult part of the job was to extract the filter unit out of the cabinet the kitchen sink - which was my own fault for putting it there. . . . . . . .

Bad membrane

I replaced all filters, (6) in my PH-75 RO filter set. I had no water afterwards. I've narrowed it down to a bad RO membrane. About 3 hours on the phone, no resolution, I keep getting cut off, no call backs. Before this event, it was a great system.

Texas water

We have used APEC for 10 years. Our city has cast iron water pipes !! In 2024 the city replaced our main water pipes in the neighborhood to the blue plastic pipes . We replace our filters every year . So when they finished we replaced ! Look at our stage 1 sediment picture filters! They r rust colored and full of debris! Completely freaked us out!!! To think there r people in this city and in this state still drinking out of the “tap” is very disheartening! Thank you APEC !

6 new filters installed

When I hit 80, I was done with RO filter installations under the sink. Fortunately, my younger sweet wife was able to do the undersink work. 6 filters, 2 hours and no leaks, & we were back in business. We love the system and the very fresh chemical free water.
