Cracked and Leaks
I really wanted to love this pitcher. It worked well at first, but when I went to replace the filter for the first time, the inner plastic piece cracked at the top and the filter was extremely difficult to remove. To add, after only a few months of regular use, the top portion where the water pours out also started leaking. I was drawn in by the color and was excited to switch from Brita to PUR, but unfortunately I’m disappointed with the quality and now regret donating my old Brita pitcher.

Replacing the filter is an ordeal!!
While this is easy to use and fill, replacing the filter has become a major ordeal. The used filter is always “stuck” and no amount of muscle seems to work. I finally had to use pliers and even that was a pain. I hope the manufacturer will do something about this because I do really like this pitcher. But I now dread having to replace the filters!!

Favorite water pitcher
I "downgraded" from the 30 cup dispenser because it was too difficult to clean. This one is tiny in comparison, but it's really easy to fill and clean. It's dishwasher safe and fits easily in the dishwasher. We refill ours multiple times a day, but it filters quickly and fits under the faucet no problem.
