Only good for spot cleaning, does not do a good job. Only used the mopping feature 2-3 times and pad started smelling musty. States mop pads only need to be changed every 2 months.

It was great when I first got it. Less than 2 years later I have replaced almost every part on it to get it to mop properly and the mop plate still will not stay connected and water leaks to the bottom of the base. The only thing I was offered was 30% off a new vacuum.

Mop and vac at the same time
This robot by shark is amazing. I am very happy to have found this one. This is actually the second one i buy . First of all is very easy to install, it has its own app where you can register in a few minutes and then it connects through wifi . The first step is scanning your home and carpet and then you can divide them or name as you want . This robot has its own base and two water dispensers one for clean water and one for dirty water because it does both mop and vac . You can choose which one you want or both at the same time . It navigates easily everywhere. The filters are very easy to clean and It comes with extra ones in the box . Ones a week you can empty the container and check for dirt just to make sure its working ok. It indicates you if any problems are present. I think its worth every single penny. Highly recommended

Theoretically awesome, falls SO short...
I dropped a little extra money to get this (at the time) top of the line robot vacuum. My Roomba had finally given up the ghost. The Shark app is exceedingly unfriendly. Notifications don't always come through, you often have to open the app to see them. Where the Roomba would have an example tutorial video easy for my children to use to fix any error codes, the shark not only doesn't have that, but if you're savvy enough to follow the links to get to the manual, the manual PDF will not download. Admittedly, I tax this robot. We have a six-person household with two dogs and three cats. That being said, the only person who seems to be able to fix the robot is me or my partner, and it never stays fixed for more than a day. There are constant error codes, and because of the unfriendliness of the App, they are difficult to fix.

Good vacuum, mop is so-so
We've had this robot now for about two years. I frequently/routinely clean all facets of the robot and base to include using mini tools to clean crevices and tubing. PROs: Vacuums hard floors and rugs with no left behind dirt or hair Battery life for vacuuming covers entire 1st floor Mopping seams to do well enough to keep things clean if done often with map change outs every 3rd "mission." CONs: Has an extremely hard time ramping up and into the base! We have to constantly return it manually after mopping 9/10 times and vacuuming 2/10 times. Base will not always evacuate/suck-up contents of dust cup from robot especially when manually returned to base. *This was never an issue with the previous non-mopping version Robot dust cup frequently is unable to fully empty into base. *This was never an issue with the previous non-mopping version Robot dust cup will be found overflowing with pet hair and dust into brushes. *This was never an issue with the previous non-mopping version Robot roller constantly entangled with women's hair. Mop plate rusts at metal components. Mop plate velcro strips fall off and are unable to be reglued properly back. Base does not do a good job of cleaning mop and has recently stopped cleaning all together. Overall, the unit does a fairly good job. We still vacuum and steam mop our floors. Compared to our 2nd floor, the 1st floor is cleaner with the Shark robot.

Love everything about it
I was reluctant to get a robot vacuum/mop, but now that I have I can't see myself without it. It does everything I would expect it to do and more. The only thing that would make it better is if it washed the dishes, too.

Disappointed
I bought this a couple of months ago. The box did not have the cleaning fluid or an owners manual. Now I can’t get the sharkclean.eu to download. I have had 2 of the shark robots and it surprises me. I really want to use it.

Always broken!
Parts are always breaking and needing to be replaced. Then the parts that need to be replaced are always out of stock!! So frustrating!!

Junk! I am on my third one. This company refuses to refund my money So I can move on from this nightmare of a product. They just keep sending me machines that don’t work after 3 months. Vacuum part works fine. The mopping part works half the time. Save your money and buy an iRobot. Beware of the 5 star reviews. Those people get paid to post a 5 star review.

Dougal is AWESOME!
I bought this not even a month ago and I’m obsessed! I have 1 dog, 1 cat, and a dog that im watching for a couple of months and I have not been comfortable to walk barefoot on my floors because they stay icky due to puppy paws and shedding. I love how this vacuum/mop cleaned my floors in the first use! I was AMAZED! It gets under the snake enclosures and as close to corners as it can. It never gets stuck or readjusts its mission when the cat is trying to swipe at it. The app is super handy and easy to navigate. The suction for the vacuum is perfect with its 3 levels. I’ve told several people about this product already and I’ll keep doing it! I named him Dougal and he’s the best lol. Great product, 10/10 do recommend!

Bad connections.
Dock doesn’t stay powered and it constantly disconnects from wifi. I’ve tried four different outlets, all of which don’t have problems with any other items. I’ve tried a million times to troubleshoot the wifi connectivity. I’ve had this less than a week and it’s worked correctly only once. The one time it did function it worked well.

Okay when it works
Had this machine over a year ago it worked great at the beginning but now it’s just junk. Cleaned it extremely well but still does not work even buying a new water canister. I messed up and did not get the extra warranty.

Don't. Just don't.
At minimum, a vacuum should suck up dust off a hardwood floor when it goes over it. It barely does that. There is stuff emptied into the base unit after a trip, but there’s about as much stuff left on the floor. On top of that, the navigation doesn’t work very well, as it often skips rooms entirely and claims that it cleaned them. It has randomly started cleaning at night a couple times, even though it is NOT on any schedule. The manual is missing information. It came with extra pieces that do not fit anywhere and aren’t mentioned in the manual. The app is very buggy. It’s all very slow. If you change your wi-fi network, it forces you to delete all your settings and maps and add the robot again. I spent over 90 minutes on it. Each attempt it fails for a different reason. I can’t tell what makes me a worse person: selling or giving this to some innocent person, or putting it in the landfill.

Love how it mops and vacuums
I purchased the Matrix Plus over month ago and was well pleased with how it cleaned. So I decided to upgrade to the PowerDetect NeverTouch Pro which will mop, clean and dry the mop pad, empty the dirty water, while refilling the robot with cleaning solution for its next job. It also vacuums well and I love how my carpeted areas always look clean and well maintained. I hardly ever have to touch it, hence it's name NEVERTOUCH PRO. I love the robot but what I think really needs work is the app. It's so frustrating to have this fantastic cleaning robot and yet have it supported by this outdated app with really few available functions. The app.is keeping this particular unit from receiving its deserved 5 stars. I would still recommend this Shark robot nevertheless.
