While this toothbrush has a pressure sensor there is no indicator or alert that you are exceeding the pressure. Returning as soon as I can.

I've had an oral B electric toothbrush for over 20 years. This one has 3 speeds, so you either have to push the button 3 times to get it to cycle through the speeds to shut off or hold the button down. Speaking of the button... it's not raised like my previous one of the same model, so it's hard to find. My last one lasted for over 10 years, so I'd say they are built well, but the new "features" aren't great.

I purchased this electric toothbrush on November 1st, 2024, and now it is August 26, 2025, and it stopped working. I highly recommend suggest getting something else.

The motor started to skip and slow down and now it doesn’t even work. I do not recommend this toothbrush there’s no way to return a faulty product.

I've had two Oral B electric toothbrushes before. Both lasted a long time (5 years or more). When it was time for me to buy a new one, I was leery, given all the negative reviews on tge Target website, but I decided to risk it anyway. From the very first try, I noticed the new toothbrush wasn't as powerful as the previous two. I kept the packaging for about ten days, just in case. Then I tossed the packaging, and as my luck would have it, the new toothbrush died the next day. Aarrgghh! I returned it to Target with my online order receipt, and to Target's credit, they gave me a full refund even though it wasn't in the original box. Guess I have to look for a new brand.

Lasted Only 10 Months. Purchased July 3, 2024. By May 3, 2025, it was dead. Normal use. Very disappointed. OralB used to be such a hood brand.

I previously had an electric oral B toothbrush for ~8 years that has the same brush heads and I purchased this so I could keep using them. However this is a major downgrade. The main issues are (1) the power button is flat/concave making it very difficult to push while keeping the toothbrush in your mouth. A previous model had a convex button so it was easy to feel and turn the brush off without needing to pull the brush out and risk splatter. (2) the battery indicator is only 1 light so you do not know how low the battery is or how charged. This makes it difficult to travel without a charger as you never know when you will need it. The previous model had multiple battery bar lights so it was clear how low battery was. The is is important as it seems like the brush runs weaker at low battery. Overall I would not recommend.

As a toothbrush it's great. I feel like it cleans well and is comfortable to use. The charging light is ridiculous though. It's so bright and flashes so much when charging. I can't sleep with my bathroom door open because it's so bright.

The handle and on/off button smells like mold or mildew. I suspect that water and gunk probably run down through a tiny hold and sit inside the unit. The pressure sensor does not work. The unit does not hold charge for more than 3 days for regular brushing, and it takes more than 48 hours to fully charge the unit. I'll buy something else.

If the battery isn't lasting long, we recommend letting it completely discharge before placing it on the charger for 24 hours. While very rare, this can occur if the brush is stored in a location that is exposed to mold and bacteria, and the plastic comes into contact with ingredients of a corrosive nature (e.g. cleaning agents, sprays, cosmetics, soaps, etc.). Certain ingredients used in those types of products can make the plastic porous, allowing dirt and moisture to find places to settle.
