Junk Google App
Fitbit used to be really good for tracking your caloric input and output. It was simple to find what you had eaten and put it in the app. Adjusting whatever was needed for accuracy. Then, Google took away the Fitbit app and decided they had to use their own Google health. Which is absolutely horrible at tracking your input. You can’t customize anything. You HAVE to use what they have IF you can find it. So you often just use something close and call it a day. I have scanned barcodes for input and they were WRONG! How can it be wrong?? But it is!! I hate this google health and am considering throwing this Fitbit in the trash and finding something else. Don’t be aggravated, find something else.

I wanted to love this watch, and I did for a bit, until the battery decided to explode. so I had it replaced. they sent a refurbished for free, which I appreciated. Idk if this should be a recal or something because the same thing just happened to this one. or if its the charger. Idk. But sadly now I have no watch. Im afraid to get another one

A Loyal Customer
I had the Versa 2 for 7 years and absolutely loved it! my husband and son surprised me with the Versa 4 for Mother's Day and I love it even more!! I know it will last after having the 2. my battery lasts the full workweek. I do not sleep with it but I wear it from 7am-7pm and exercise almost daily. it still has 50% left by the weekend.

Started ok, but ended up being junk
I have had this watch for about a year, and it has gradually convinced me it was not worth my money. It started out fine, but after a few months the screen became buggy and unresponsive almost to the point of the watch being unusable. Then, yesterday, it died from full battery. Upon powering it on, it had factory reset, and I had to go through the painstaking process of unregistering it from my account and reconnecting it as if it was a new watch. This completely erased my health data from the past 7 days and any personalizations or settings I had made. I suspect the cause of this problem could have been me not installing an update that the Fitbit app had bugged me to install onto the watch since I got it. I had chosen not to do so because the watch worked fine, which meant all the update would likely bring was the removal of features I liked and the addition of more data-mining software. Regardless of the fact that this problem was potentially avoidable, I think it sets a bad precedent for the company that I have to install and update just to use my several hundred dollar watch. This stacks on my previous dislike of the company for their “Switch to a google account or we delete all your data” ultimatum, which again was not going to be for the benefit of the customer. These recent events have caused me to no longer see Fitbit as a top-of-the-line company for fitness tracking devices, but simply another business swallowed up by a larger corporation hungry for relentless growth at the expense of the consumer.

Latter life went to crap. Not syncing or tracking sleep. Who knows how accurate other tracking like sleep and calories is. Going to get a low end Apple Watch model next.

Horrible battery life
I’ve had Fitbits before and they have always been just okay. I was hoping after years in the market and now part of Google that the quality would improve. But the battery life on this one was just as bad and possibly worse than the older models I’ve had.

Not worth it
I’ve been reluctantly buying Fitbit products are over a decade and all I have to show for it is a lot of wasted money. Their warranty is even more a joke now than it ever was. I bought my husband and I each a versa 4 and my husbands stopped working after a month (this isn’t the first Fitbit that stopped working shortly after purchase or juuuuust in time for the warranty to end) they sent him a refurbished unit, we had just dropped hundreds of dollars and they sent us a refurbished replacement? No. A few months later as expected, my battery went from what they promise, to having to charge it every single day. For someone who wasn’t even working out at the time, therefore not using the Fitbit beyond wearing it, this was ridiculous. My point is, there are other brands and better products, don’t waste your money on Fitbit. Their products aren’t great, they’re just convenient.

Awful! Didn’t sync the data consistently or correctly. Tried troubleshooting with them on the phone and got nowhere even after a factory reset. Going to have to return. Save your money.

worse than the versa 2
I loved the versa 2 but this one has been giving me SUCH a hard time. When i look at my watch i was able to see the clock but now i have to press the button which is so inconvenient when i want to be hands-free! It also isnt showing my notifications no matter how many times i double checked my settings to make sure it was correct. Im not sure why they would mess something up that isnt broken. My versa 2 stopped working out of nowhere and would not charge or else i would have kept it. Might return

Broken after 2 yrs
I had this watch for 2 yrs and now lost charge, lost sync, and goes dead midday after charging. I can reset it by connecting to charger but I will need to do 6 times a day. Not a bad price

Dead in less than 2 years
I loved this watch and have had earlier versions of it. However, it lasted less than two years. The screen flashes the Fitbit logo then goes black and will not turn back on (even when it has +57% battery life) until it is plugged into a charger.
