Waste of money
Didn't have this thing a month and the rubber hose split. Can't rethread it either.

WOW!! MUST HAVE!
I got this upholstery for spot cleaning/furniture and steps. I am blown away. It’s got very good suction, super easy to use and install. Makes things look brand new! I totally recommend this 100/100!!!! Must have for your home! I will be buying the bigger version of this for my main carpets.

Not a great model
This cleaner is decent (does the job), but it’s definitely inferior to similar models from other brands. The hose is very short, which makes it difficult to use on couches or in a car when the machine needs to sit lower than the area being cleaned. The unit itself is also quite bulky, making it harder to maneuver than expected. My biggest issue, however, is the durability of the hose. It breaks even with gentle and infrequent use. I only use the machine 2–4 times per year for spot cleaning, and I store it properly in a closet when not in use. I strictly follow all care and maintenance instructions — rinsing, washing, and allowing all parts to dry completely before storing — yet the hose still fails. I purchased the original unit in 2022. Since then, I’ve gone through two machines in just four years. The first unit was replaced under warranty due to the same issue. When the hose broke again on the replacement unit, I was not offered another replacement — only the option to purchase a new hose and pay for shipping. Unfortunately, I have little confidence it wouldn’t break again within a year. At this point, I’ll be looking for a different cleaner.

Second hose replacement, Hoover will not replacement anymore. Terrible terrible customer service. I will never buy from them again.

Stay Away!!!
Worked great for about 5 uses. Sprayer decided to stop working. Horrible product. I should’ve listened to the reviews.

only good for one use.
this is a great item if you only need to use it once. the spray button started sticking after the second use, and wouldnt work at all the third. dont waste your money.

Only 5 time use lifespan
didn't work after the 6th use. i'm ready to chuck it normally priming always fixes the broken spray nozzle when it stops spraying; but just like many others you’ve seen online… eventually the sprayer will not spray liquid out. i’ve used this thing about 4 times and let a friend use it once. I am so disappointed in Hoover. I used this product 6 times - IF THAT, most likely 5… and now nothing is working to fix it. Just chucked a hoover vacuum earlier this year that had belts that were impossible to replace as well. I used to be a lifetime hoover consumer and so was my family but i’m done with this c*ap.

Great product but need a part I can't find
Happy with my product. Only complaint is finding some parts. I need the tanks cap that screws in and lets us turn it upside down to attach for using the water and solution to drip into the tank. The website only shows the tank for sale.

only partially works for surface area marks and does not have the ability to remove actual stains or anything below the surface.

It didn’t last a year. The spray button gets soaked and won’t stop spraying water. Got to the point where you had to try to push it up and try to vacuum.

When you let go of the spray trigger, it doesnt fully retract and go to its "off" position and keeps spraying solution. Had to return for a refund.
