Worst coffee maker EVER
I would give this coffee maker 0 stars if I could. First, from the start the carafe required a bit of jiggling to get in its place The coffee it brewed was ok. But the water canister is HORRIBLE. I have had the appliance for 20 months and I woke up to water all over the counter b/c the water canister is now leaking - it is completely unusable. Of course there is no recourse as they do not replace countertop appliances after 12 months. I could buy a new water canister but why spend that money knowing it will likely break as well. I can't believe I spent the money I did on this thing..

Worth another investment
We love the coffee we get from this coffee maker!! However, this is the 2nd one we have purchased in just over a year. The first one stopped working on us. We took a chance on buying this a second time. If it lasts longer than the first, we will update the rating to 4 or maybe even 5 stars.

makes good coffee and I really wanted to like it! But replacement parts are unobtainable. The O ring sealing the water reservoir and filter cartridge wears out quickly and you won't be able to find a good replacement. Bummer! GE should offer O ring replacements along with cartridges, maybe 1 O ring for every 3 cartridges because that's about how often I had to scour the internet to find the right one. Not worth the hassle.

Great coffee/Easy
Coffee is great and product is easy to use. It really needs rollers or some easy design in bringing the appliance back and forth from under the counter. You must lift the whole pot so it makes that part difficult. Also a white cord would have been prettier than black on the white coffee pot.

Don't spend the money on this
I loved this coffee maker until it stopped grinding. I cleaned it per the manual, etc. No matter what I did, no grinder. It does make good coffee but issues with the water container leaking and the grinder quitting make me wish I hadn't paid so much money for a coffee maker. I will go back to the Cuis.....rt grind and brew for a lot less money. From everything I've read, there is no point in calling support or hoping they will stand behind their product. So disappointed.

Best coffee machine EVER!!
Best coffee maker ever. Purchased for my husband for Christmas, he’s a high end coffee connoisseur and this has been a hit. Have had no issues with it, as long as you maintain it, it’s like a well oiled machine. We only use distilled water to avoid calcification. And are adamant about keeping up with cleaning g the machine. Still looks new. Such a sleek and beautiful design too, so it’s more artistic than an eyesore.

Great until it wasn't
Loved this machine until I did standard maintenance, and now it leaks to the point that it's unusable. For the price, it should have lasted longer than 19 months.

Dissapointing product
Would not recommend at all. The grinder turns but does not grind. I even ordered a second one thinking it was just a faulty one but the second one wouldn’t grind either. It also doesn’t recognize when the bean hopper is full, you have to move them around to get it to work! Very disappointing that such an expensive product doesn’t do what it is created to do.

This thing sucks
I have now owned both of your yucking piece of ehit, coffee makers, which neither one of them can heat coffee. I have now had to heat all coffee made from your coffee makers in the microwave to bring to any kind of temperature and after this morning, I will never buy any more of your yucking coffee makers. I have destroyed my kitchen all because your coffee maker will not brew if the brew basket is not closed. Good enough I plan on having a very good weekend taking a shotgun to this yucking piece of ehit coffee maker you guys need to shut your product line down immediately. It is absolutely worthless. I hope every person who tries to buy your freaking coffee maker reads this review and this stops them from buying one. I will never buy another coffee maker from you. It will not heat. It will not brew it will not do a yucking thing but be a paper weight.

Leaking from water reservoir
I have used this coffee maker for approximately two years, and the water now leaks continuously from the base of the reservoir, emptying the entire tank onto the floor. I have replaced the filters and maintained the machine according to the instructions, but the issue persists. Given the purchase price, it is disappointing that the unit has developed this problem, and I am uncertain whether replacing the water reservoir would resolve it. At this point, I can only fill the reservoir immediately before starting the grinder to prevent further damage to my kitchen floor.

This coffee maker does everything I want it to do grinds the beans and can do single cup or carafe. Unfortunately due to a design flaw it leaks from the water carafe.

Easy to use and great coffee
Very happy with this coffee maker. It's easy to use. The grinder makes for a fresh cup every morning. When guests come, switching to making a full carafe, while still having the "Grind' feature, is quick and easy. Coffee comes out delicious and quick every morning. (My only issue, the time setting never stays at the correct time, no matter how many times I set the clock).

Great Coffee. For a short time. Then it breaks.
Makes fantastic coffee, until it doesn't because it starts leaking in less than 14 months, and then there is no option for repair. They will happily sell you another one. Every year, I guess. Disappointing that such an expensive product boasts such terrible build quality. It made really good coffee. Until it didn't.

Disappointed
Great looking coffee maker, but does not keep coffee hot. There is no heating unit for the carafe. It is thermal but just doesn’t really keep the coffee temp I prefer. Now that my 1 yr warranty has just expired, the grinder doesn’t seem to be calibrating the correct amount of beans per what machine is set for cup wise.

The thermal carafe will keep your coffee warm up to 2 hours. You can find instructions on page 18 inside the user manual at the same link.
