    Disappointed

    We loved this unit but can now only use the toast and broil options. Not really sure what to do as we are just outside warranty.

    Air fry👎🏻

    As a toaster oven it is a good product. It will hold a 9 x13 casserole dish, which is great. Not so much an air fryer. It takes twice as long as a stand alone air fryer to cook anything which defeats the purpose of the air fryer.

    Doesn’t Last Compared to Other Brands

    I had this toaster oven and enjoyed using it almost daily for 2 years. It did however just recently stop working, so I’m not impressed with the length of time I got out of this appliance. My previous toaster oven lasted well over 10 years. When the oven did work, it worked well! The only thing I didn’t like about it was that you couldn’t set the temperature when air frying, so sometimes my food got burnt on the outside and remained underdone on the inside.

    Black & Decker Air Fry Toaster Over TO178755

    I have had this toaster oven for one year. It performs satisfactory. Warning the top of the over gets super hot when air frying or baking enough that it has scorched the top of my oven. It will easily burn you if you touch it. Seems to me that it should be insulated if possible.

    OUCH!!! Nasty metal slivers on basket!

    Received as a Christmas gift and super excited to use. The first time, I was pulling out the air fryer tray/basket and felt a sharp pain. I realized the tray has multiple metal slivers between 1/4"-1" sticking out around the basket. One of these nasty metal slivers is broken off in my finger (ouch is not enough to describe this pain). I cannot imagine what this would do if broken off in someone's food and digested. I started pulling them off with tweezers and stopped at about a dozen before I realized this is a fatal flaw in design and am really hoping mine is the only one that has this issue. BE CAREFUL! It doesn't look like it will let me upload some of the pictures but these little buggers are so fine and sharp they look are really hard to see. I put them against something black and they look like a hair. But trust me, they do not feel like it!

    Great for roasting, baking.

    This our second Extra Wide Crisp 'N Bake. We cook for two, so we love it for roasting and baking. Our first one broke after three plus years. The broiler, bake option stopped working. Warranty period was over. I'ld give it five stars if it lasted longer. Also, no way to replace dial parts.

    Can't control trmperatiue for the air fryer! Disaster.

    Got it and it looks nice. Today I wanted to use the air fryer for first time but there is not way to control the temperature!! Cooked pork skin with my previous frier and turned out really good. Use the same recipe this time and it was a disaster! Not recommended at all.

    You'll not regret the purchase.

    This is a replacement for the one I had for over 4 years. This is an all around great product. I replaced the old one with the same product. The previous one was working fine, I neglected the cleaning. Surely will be more diligent this time.

    will puchase again

    This product does everything we want. This is the secind order of this product and we think it is greart. We used the 1st for 3 years at least 2 x a day. It never failed. It just wasn't toasting the toast as brown on the bottom after 2 years. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for this type oven.

    Having some way to stop casserole dish.

    I think there should be a bumper on the back of the rack so that you can’t push a casserole dish off of it if you have the rack pulled forward.

    Does get done, slowly-except when using air fryer

    Just been using a few weeks. Bought oven thermometer at the same time and I see that the oven has a hard time holding a 400° temperature, never gets to 450°. It also has a hotter side. It does get food cooked but definitely takes longer than regular oven or ovens with more wattage. Air fryer seems to work well, but it is unclear if you have to leave drip pan in when air frying, although it says air fry rack can be used in lower position which means you could not use drip pan. The problem with that though is that food pops some and drips onto the heating elements and it cooks on and can't be cleaned well. Haven't used toaster or broiler yet.

    Fan lasted ONE day/one use!

    The crisper fan lasted ONE day; this was my replacement since the fan/baking knob stopped working on my original one after several years! Looking at another company’s!

    Love all of the “baking” possibilities

    I love all the features and the size of the oven/toaster/air fryer. I just wish the tray for catching crumbs was located under the lower burners. Making toast produces many crumbs and they are hard to clean out around the lower elements.
