When I first got this vacuum, I thought the idea of the brush not getting hair tangled in it was really cool, since that’s something I usually hate dealing with. The first time I used it, I noticed it took a few passes to pick things up, but I brushed it off and figured I’d just deal with it. After using it for about a month, though, I’ve realized it’s just not a good vacuum overall. The suction isn’t great, and it doesn’t clean as well as it should. I’ve owned other Shark vacuums and loved them, but unfortunately this one misses the mark. I wouldn’t recommend this model.

Vacuum is light weight and easy to clean. The suction in it is great for a carpet but I would say it cleans the carpet better than the hardwood floor. The multiple attachments are a big benefit for the wand that you can pull out and use and the cord and long and able to get all over the room I am cleaning. Easy to move around things .

Doesn't live up to the pet pro or self cleaning brush roll hype!
The self cleaning brush roll doesn’t self clean, it gets hair wrapped around it like any traditional style. Personally I think it clogs worse. It also states it is a pet pro, but my last non pet pro vacuum was able to handle dog hair much easier. I only have 1 dog, this thing would burn out fast in a house with multiple pets!

Horrible vacuum
This vacuum was pretty horrible. I read the reviews before purchasing and almost all were positive. The vacuum suction is very low. I had to vacuum over items 5-6 times before the vacuum picked it up. On the first day the red light was already turning on. I went from using my Miele vacuum to this and it was not cutting it. I returned it asap
