A good Electric Toothbrush
This is a replacement to my 15 year old Oral B. It's a great toothbrush and I would have given it 5 stars, but if my hand is wet the toothbrush is slippery. My old Oral B had ridges on the handle that kept it from being slippery.

Mold grows inside it.
I had a similar oral b electric toothbrush for many years and it was great. However, this one was cheaply made and mold grew inside the top piece not long after I started using it, which is something that never happened with my previous toothbrush. I ended up throwing it away.

We assure that you there's nothing in our toothbrush components that would cause mold before use. Mold requires organic material to grow, which isn’t present in our brushes. Prevent this by cleaning and drying your brush after each use by rinsing the brush head under running water with the handle on. Then switch it off, remove the head, clean both parts separately, and thoroughly dry them before reattaching. Didn't Work After Five Days
After five days of use, it didn't work. There was no response from the toothbrush at all, despite the charging base being plugged in the whole time. (Unfortunately, and as noted by others, this model has no light to indicate when, or if, it's charging.) I returned it to Target.

The worst
The worst tooth brush ever and I’ve tried several electric brushes over the years . It does not have a timer . Does not have auto off after 2 minutes . It’s extremely loud . Despite being only 5 days ago it does not hold a charge to even finish one brushing . Braun /oral B really dropped the ball on this garbage .

This isn't the experience we'd expect or want your to have, and our products undergo many quality checks to ensure that each performs to our high standards. Please try these tips to see if they resolve the charging issue. First, be sure the outlet is providing power. We realize this seems obvious, but it's actually a very common explanation for why a brush won't charge -- and you might not even be aware. It's especially true for outlets built into a bathroom cabinet (like a mirrored wall cabinet). In many cases, the bathroom light switch needs to be flipped on for that outlet to work. Some bathroom outlets also have a safety device that shuts off power in certain situations, and the reset button may need to be pressed to resume power. To confirm the outlet is working properly, try testing it with another electrical appliance or try plugging your brush charger into another outlet in the home to see if the brush will charge. Also, an Oral-B toothbrush should not be charged on or near a metal surface which can interfere with the charging process. Be sure to follow the usage instructions that came with your brush for detailed charging information. We've shared your report with our Quality Assurance Team, and would like to gather some details to further assist you. works well but no flashing light for pressure
I believe I bought this one a year ago when my 1st oral b electric toothbrush died after 7 years. i like the black color however the pressure sensor doesn’t work. my previous toothbrush would flash a red light if i was brushing too hard. i also don’t like how loud it is—my previous one was just as loud. this one still has the same basic 3 modes: clean, sensitive, and massage; it vibrates every 30 seconds and then buzzes 3x in a row after 2 minutes. it holds a charge well while i’m traveling (about a week).
