    its a bit more complicated

    No instruction manual forces you to watch a variety of YouTube video's all saying something similar, but different. Too confusing for me. I'll probably return it.

    The Best Golf Watch Made BETTER!!

    I am a long-time user of Garmin products... I had 2 S62's and my Wife had one also, they were fantastic and cutting edge at the time, added the CT10 sensors and you had every data point from your rounds readily available. With the release of the S70, the best got even better!! The screen is bigger and amazingly bright and clear in all lighting conditions!! The startup time for powering on and satellite acquisition is very fast. All the features are solid and easy to use. The 42mm for my wife is everything you could ask for in a slightly smaller screen size.. I just love this new watch and will continue to use it happily for years to come!!

    I hope I can learn to use all of the features that are available on this golf watch. I have had some issues with inputting scores, thinking I input them correctly, but some didn't match up with the scorecard.... something to work on. Love that it will factor in elevation and wind speed. It does much more than my last Garmin (VivoActive 4S, which finally wore out).

    Great for golf, activity tracking not so much

    All the features for golf are great. I was expecting that the watch would automatically track my runs and walks with a map and mileage, but it doesn't do that. Guess I'm going to have to keep my Oura ring for that feature. I think the sleep tracking is more accurate than Oura and I really like the morning summary to get me going in the morning. It's concise and accurate. The weather feature is also accurate. Great for golf but wish it did more to automatically track my other activities.

    Love this watch!

    I've owned this watch for about 2 months now and just love it. I also bought the sensors for my clubs and love them too. The watch and the sensors are both accurate with keeping golf records and the health features of the watch are also very accurate and helpful.

    Band too small

    I like the garmin s70 for golf functions however the watch band is too small. I am average 5'8" and I have to put it on the last couple of holes. Ordered extra band and it's still same issue.

    Great features outside of the weather not syncing

    I purchased this watch (smaller size of same model my boyfriend has) as my golf game has been improving and wanted a more hands on look while on the course and enjoy the ability to keep score right in the watch / app. While I have only been using it around a week or so, I really like the features - both for golf and overall sleep / health tracking. The one (BIG) issue for me is that the weather does not sync to the watch / watch face without my phone being on, nearby, and the Garmin golf app open, which is a battery drain on my phone all day. I have rebooted and tried troubleshooting from stuff I've seen online, but nothing is working. This to me is a BIG problem if you are planning to wear the watch every day.

    I'm a fan, but there are a few issues!

    I upgraded to the S70 from earlier S62. Still love it, but I have issues with the watch not capturing some of my shots. When I try to add them manually, it takes longer with the S70 because you've added a few steps. Hard to do with a gloved hand, so more steps and not able to select "add club" on the first try.
