Q: I don't see "Animal 3 Total" on the Dyson website. Only Animal 3, Animal 3 Complete, and Animal 3 Extra. Could you please confirm the exact model and number of attachments? Is it the newest model?
A: The Dyson Ball Animal 3 Total Clean is a Target exclusive model. It's the same color as the Ball Animal 3 Extra, and it includes the dusting brush and reach under tools as extras.

Q: How easy is it to use on stairs?
A: I used it on my grandfather’s split level house with wall to wall carpeting including on the stairs (5 stairs on one set, 9 stairs on the other). There is a handle that comes out from the back and various head attachments come in the box. I could vacuum with the wand, the 5 stairs easily. The 9 stairs, I found easiest to do the first 1/2 from the bottom floor, then unplug the vacuum, bring it to the top floor, replant in, and vacuum the last half of the stairs from the top down. Hope this helps. The suction is good. The down side, my vacuum after three years is now acting weird and there is no local Dyson repair shop within 50 miles from me. So now I don’t know what to do

Q: is this vacuum self-propelled? If not, do you have a model that is? they get harder to push & pull as you get older.
