It saves space and it is such a great product . I have made chicken wings , crispy tacos, BBQ ribs, and chocolate chip cookies and everything turned out amazing . I just put the time in and leave and come back when it's done. It's amazing !!! Love love love it !!!

Not Built to Last
I was really disappointed that this toaster stopped working properly after only a couple of months of light use. Every toaster I’ve owned in the past has lasted for years, so having this one fail so quickly was unexpected. What made the situation even more frustrating was how complicated the warranty process turned out to be. In order to get a replacement or refund, I had to provide multiple forms of documentation and even create a video showing the issue. After that, I was told the unit wasn’t available for replacement and that I would need to permanently disable the toaster by cutting the power cord and sending a photo of it before anything could move forward. For such a simple household appliance, the amount of effort required just to address a basic malfunction was surprising. I really just wanted a toaster that would work reliably, and I wish this one had held up longer without needing all of these extra steps.

Great exterior but super short life
I love the slim design, matt finish & neutral color, slot width and one button push to disrupt a toasting cycle BUT in just over two years, one whole side of heating filaments stopped working. This toaster has been used by only one person, not even weekly.

Don’t Hesitate!
I bought one to go in our camper because of the space saving idea and liked it so much, I bought another for my house and am getting rid of an old kitchen Aid that is really heavy and bulky. Then decided to go ahead and purchase the slim line air fryer too. Smaller and lighter weight items are very appealing to me as I get older. Love the texture on the outside of these products too.

I purchased this toaster last year. I enjoyed it while it lasted which was less than 1 year. It malfunctioned and unfortunately i did not save the receipt not realizing it would not last long. Lesson learned ..keep your receipts.
