Does not toast evenly no matter the darkness se;ected. Toast either burns on the bottom or the center edge. The design is wonderful but it doesn't function well at all!

shipped and received in timely manner. however, manufacturing packaging opened and bent up as if someone else had it and returned it which I'm not comfortable with. I prefer an unopened box. Never used to know how well it works. Beautiful color.

I’m really disappointed with this toaster. It broke in less than a year, and I only used it a handful of times. I did register for the warranty, but the process to actually use it is frustrating. I have to call, open a case, and then they decide whether they’ll even consider honoring the warranty—possibly requiring me to ship it in for inspection. For something that failed this quickly, I expected a much easier and more straightforward resolution.

My Bella is so slim that I keep it out in my countertop all the time. Not to mention it’s a beautiful sea foam green. The crumb tray makes for easy clean up. It’s a wonderful toaster

Wanted to love this! But after 3 uses it wouldn't stay down. Have to stand there to hold down. After looking at reviews its not the 1st time. Cute design and love how its long and doesn't take up much space! They did let me return it.

Very disappointed
Love the slimmest but after using it for a few months it does not toast evenly. Will burn one corner and barely toast the other. So disappointing and pretty concerning safety wise.
