frothing ability
I bought one in December 2025. It worked great for about a month, then the frothing quality significantly decreased. Ninja/shark customer service was amazing and they were very understanding. However, as of today I am on my 4th machine. everything works great accept the ability to Froth.

Love this machine! The Ninja Luxe Pro makes great espresso and is really easy to use. I especially like the built-in grinder and milk frother. It saves space since it does so many things in one. Highly recommend!

Real Coffee vs K-Cups
We bought a Keurig Coffee “maker” and had to return it in less than 60 days as it would only brew ~2 ounces of coffee. I did some research and bought the Ninja Cafe Premier, what I consider a coffee “machine”, and it brews an amazing, freshly brewed, cup of coffee! I will never go back to K-Cups!

Doesn't work after 3 mos
Already doesn’t function properly after 3 months. Only use like 1 or 2 a week. Not worth the money. I guess it’s ok if you can fix it every month. Already replaced the shims and clean the grinder. Still issues every time.

Horrible
This thing is absolutely awful don’t buy it. Have to recalibrate every time you make a coffee & most people don’t have 30 mins to make a watered down coffee.

Best of Both Worlds
I have been using this machine for a few months and I love it. It makes great drip coffee and espresso which is why I bought it. I usually have drip coffee in the morning and then a cappuccino or an espresso later on. I get the best of both worlds in one machine.

Design flaw
I love the product except it has a basic design flaw which drives me crazy. You hVe it empty the water bin after each use and the overflow tray at the bottom. If not the water will co tinue to drip even after use and machine off and will overflow all over the counter top and floor of the kitchen.

I'm a lifetime fan of this expresso machine!
My kids purchased this for me and i thought i'd never use it, boy was i mistaken lol I absolutely love this machine and can't stop recommending it to my family and friends. Great product works flawlessly and ease of use. I'm 65 and I brew everyday.

Great machine for price
This is great for the price (much less than regular espresso machines). It does take a bit to get going on it - lots of steps and making sure the brew is good. Making tasty coffee combinations tho makes it worth it. Hopefully it’s durable as well.

Amazing machine!
We couldn't be happier with this purchase! We love coffee in all forms and this does it all really well. It's so nice to have freshly ground beans for our morning coffees, espressos and lattes. It's easy to use and clean. We use it everyday and absolutely love it.
