Love My Shark
My previous Shark I had for 12 years. When it died, I replaced it with another Shark, I really love the Shark. It's particularly efficient on carpeting.

Disappointed
I chose this model for "Lift away" feature . I had an older model "lift away" that I loved but could not get replacement beater bar that fit so I bought a new one. Yes, you can lift off canister but not the carpet attachment so you can reach under couches and such since the canister hits the obstructing object before allowing vacuum head completely under object. This is what I miss. Very important feature not carried over to this generation model. Extremely disappointed. The suction it has is phenomenal which is why I didn't rate lower. The first time we used it, I couldn't believe the a mount of dirt I emptied from canister .

The extendable reach feature is terrible it doesn’t easily stretch at all so it can’t reach very far. For this reason alone I would not recommend because I bought it for this reason and it’s so bad.

This vacuum really doesn't do the job. It doesn't pick up stuff on hardwood or carpet (using the correct settings of course). Really wish I could have gotten my money back on this. I would say I miss my Dyson, but that died in less than 3 years even though it worked amazingly well while it lasted. This also doens't get under most of my furniture because of its boxy canister which you can't totally visualize the way it is displayed online. The thing is really large. In the old days a big vacuum did a great job. Not true with this. Save your money unless you want to go over incredibly minor fluff 100x and even then have to pick a lot up by hand.

worst vacuum ever. Bulky, heavy hard to push. The lift away feature is horrible. Wish I never purchased. now I know why so many are listed on FB Marketplace. I previously had a shark upright that finally died. I loved that one. Can't imagine the wizard who designed this and thought it was great. Certainly no one who cleans and vacuums regularly! Don't waste your $$$.

Replacement parts unavailable
I bought this vacuum over a year . During my first vacuum it must have sucked up a rock. Instantly my roller on the motorized floor nozzle broke in two places making it worthless to use on the floor. Was able to use the lift away section a few times, but put it in closet after buying a different brand. Cleaning closet today I came across this vacuum. I figured I could easily find and replace this roller. No luck find it on your website., I have had good luck in the past with my previous Shark, but no luck with this one

Too hard to push
This is extremely hard to maneuver on carpet. I couldn’t push it forward on the carpet. I bought Shark Navigate 9 years ago so it’s disappointing that the new Navigator can’t be used on carpet

I like the power in this vacuum It really does a great job. However, it is so heavy and cumbersome for me to use that I dread getting it out and usually ask someone to do it for me, which is not what I like to do. The vacuum is excellent, the weight and maneuverability is not. I should have taken it back, but I’m not a quitter.

Great suction
I love my new Shark navigator lift-away. It is the second one I've purchased. Over the years I have had several different brands of vacuums but Shark is the best. It has very strong suction. It easily comes apart for cleaning.and replacement of parts and filters. For me there is no better vacuum. If there is one thing I don't like its that it is tall and will tip over occasionally.

Nice vacuum . Good suction. Convenient and lightweight. I like the attachments but they don't lock into the handle mechanism so they tend to slip out especially when cleaning couches and couch pillows. Also the length of the house causes the vacuum to tip and stub your toe. Add the handle attachment and u get more reach but still tips over and you end up dragging the vacuum or damaging a foot
