Frustrating

It gets stuck on everything. Sometimes it will be in the middle of the floor and still say it’s stuck. Very disappointed.

Worth every penny!

I love my Robot Vacuum! Have terrible Arthritis in my hands and vacuuming was so painful. Now it's a breeze! Wish I made the switch sooner.

Airways blocked - all the time!!

My product keeps telling me that it has an airway blockage even after I clean it as per Dyson instructions. I actually bought two air filters so that I could rinse one in water and have it drying for 24 hours while I used the other one. Dyson will clean if I activate it directly (it then only cleans without restrictions) but I keep getting the blockage message up when I try to activate it via the app

Not Your Typical High Quality Dyson Product

I want to love it but I just can’t. Mapping took days, constantly gets stuck on furniture, language set Chinese and online manual has out of date instructions for how to fix. I own so many Dyson products and love them but this one is terrible

Deeply unimpressed as a 10-year Dyson supporter

Constantly lost. Constantly hitting walls as full speed. Constantly “locating zone”. Hair wrap on brush roll is crazy in 2025. Works even worse than usual in dimly lit rooms.

Good and so so

Overall it is a good vacuum. Excellent on carpet. It is a bit quirky which could be improved with better software. The battery life is not that good.

We purchased the vacuum because I was having shoulder surgery and we have three dogs and I was going to be unable to vacuum. The vacuum has done a really good job picking up all of the dog hair and the mapping works really good. We are very happy with the purchase.

Not good for pet hair

This vacuum is not good for pet hair. It’s wads pet hair into balls and leaves the all over the home, especially on carpet. Each room ends up with 5-10 large hair balls every other day, and I only have one dog.

Dyson 360 Navigation

I bought this vacuum around a month ago. The device itself works great: it's quiet, powerful, and exceptional from that standpoint. However, the navigation needs some work. It is constantly not finding the dock after finishing, it roams around with trying to dock message, and the only way to fix it is to unplug the base from the wall and plug it back in. It will then work again until I have to repeat that process several days. The software doesn't see as mature as other robot vacuums.

Beautiful robot vacuum bad at navigation.

Navigation is clumsy. You can’t use this at night even in well lighted areas. This is a day time robot. At night with with the lights on it still struggles. It’s always taking weird routes and paths. Constantly getting blocked air flow message. But there is no blockage. Battery life is not the best. Mapping was a nightmare. The app is bad, lacks features, and reliability. The vacuum WiFi isn’t the best. It’s a beautiful robot vacuum and well made, the device itself is amazing. Hindered by navigation issues mostly.

Bad robot

I am very disappointed in the performance of the Dyson robot vacuum. I have a regular Dyson vacuum cleaner and I’ve had to keep using it because the robot starts cleaning and then goes dark after 10 to 15 minutes of cleaning. And this is on a full charged battery. Something is not right with this machine

Very stylish and cleaning power is awesome.

Does a great job navigating and cleaning (suction) is the best I’ve seen. It parks itself when needs to recharge then finishes cleaning where it left off. I really do like it - it’s pricy but worth it. The sensors work great detecting items to avoid and those to clean.

Great Machine if it was 2001. DO NOT RECOMEND

I have two units. One returned because it couldn't navigate and literally ended up going round in 2ft circles over and over. Second unit is only slightly better. Mapping apparently doesn't mean anything because the machine will still bump into walls and objects it already mapped. It will still get confused on how to get home to the dock. It will still get caught in areas and on objects. It does not learn. The first unit suction was great. Auto did a great job vacuuming. The second unit suction is poor. Auto is poor. So I switched on Boost. With Boost on it took almost an entire day to clean a 20x20 master bedroom only. The unit would clean 10% of the room and return to dock on battery concerns. Absurd. The bin level doesn't show because the debris is caught near the suction point of the machine. So the lines on the bin mean nothing. Emptying the bin is a dust cloud mess. I have to use Dyson to suck up the dust when emptying the Dyson robot and then vacuum the bin because the dust gets caked in the unit and doesn't let go. As a robot is is complete junk. As a vacuum it is only okay. As a Dyson it is embarrassing. The tech in this machine is circa 2001. Two stars because I like Dyson and it sort of works. I won't be replacing this robot with another Dyson.
