Nice
It’s been about a month now since I purchased the Dyson. The cleaning power of this machine is incredible. It is precise and cleans exceptionally well. I have high carpet and it does a phenomenal job. The app is also really neat to use and the feedback on dust levels in my home is also great. The con: the dust bin. It is so small it needs to be manually emptied daily.

Everything about this robot vacuum is not good. Couldn’t seem to find its charging station, would not get within 4” of the baseboards, mapping was tedious (had to do it three times that took almost 6 hours and still not even close to baseboards), room designation is horrible on the app, still too loud at the price point. Expected way more from Dyson.

Very well made and cleans better than any machine
the machine has really good cleaning - i think it cleans the floors better than I do with the upright - I am not impressed with the software, the dust bucket and roller is easy to clean - overall it is brobably the best floor vacuum if you don't want any mopping (I can't use any water on my floors). This machine is the best for dry floor cleaning. The sensors work but the camera vision sometimes needs time to figure out where it is. Overal the navigation is clunky, but effective. I would give 5 stars if the software was a little better - this machine is older tech on navigation but it's the top of the line on vacuuming design - I can tell this machine was designed by a premium vacuum company and not a software company. As for the software it has good points - it tells you when your robot needs assistance, I like that - but the robot is touchy about where it can vacuum from - it seems to need to start from the home room to get anywhere else. The big roller is the secret to the great cleaning but it also is the reason the robot is clunky to rotate around chairs - other vcuums make thier machines round to overcome this but round machins are lousy because they have tiny rollers under them that don't vacumm the floor well. This Dyson vacuum with the big roller up front does the best job those round units can never do.

Mapping and suction are no good.
I purchased this last month and every time we run it it gets stuck. And I don't mean Because of an obstacle or stairs or anything like that. It just stops working and it says that the intake tubes are jammed or something is jammed. It happens every single time.

The Best Vacuum on a Robot, not the best Robot
I have owned many different robot vacuums from different companies. This Dyson 360 Vis Nav is by far the best *vacuum* of any that I have owned. I have returned several other top end vacuums because they did such a poor job on carpet. This vacuum picks up what many others can't. I took a star off because it is not very good at navigation--in fact, because it lacks lidar it cannot navigate in the dark. Once it has mapped, navigation is acceptable. I would summarize by saying: this is the best vacuum on a robot, but it is not the best robot. If only Dyson would release a LIDAR based version of this vacuum--it would be the best! Mopping on most robots is not great, so I don't miss that too much. It would be better if it had self-emptying, but this vacuum's bin is easier to take off and empty than most.

I bought this about a month ago and it's great it really pick up all the dust and hair And it's really easy to do To use But I don't I wish it would have an extra feature where you can Clean an area manually that is not to have the Doing the whole room just to place maybe you drop something and just wanna do you want it to pick it up For the rest it's amazing thank you.

Terrible mapping
Mapping is terrible just like many other reviews stated. Suction power is great however it gets lost frequently and not worth the hassle so I sent it back. A terrible miss for Dyson. I have your sticker vac and think it is great however you have a lot of work to do on your robots.

I just purchased this vacuum and it is terrible terribly frustrating. It took more than 5 hours to map a small area then stopped for few minutes, started again and the lost its way trying to find its way back to the charging stand. We have most of the Dyson products and have no issues with its functions.

I like it so far
I have had this vacuum for a month and I have run it about a dozen times. It is very good with suction and always fills the dirt bin with dirt and cat har ( I have 2 cats). So suction is good, navigation is about average. It does have trouble and I still don't understand why it isn't more efficient. It could not find home a few times. It has a hard time with rugs. It pushes them and doesn't go over them most of the time. I think it is easy to clean and empty the dust bin. And it does a good job cleaning. It is just mapping and navigation that is just average or slightly below average.

I wish it just worked like a magic
I was expecting better performance from a premium brand like Dyson. I am disappointed with the robot vacuum's navigation capabilities. It frequently gets stuck under furniture, and sometimes struggles to find its charging base or transition between different areas of the house.

Big disappointment
Very disappointed with this robot vacuum. Despite mapping correctly, it continues to not follow the program requested for cleaning and does not follow the map. I have re-mapped twice further only to have the same issues. Dust and dirt collection is excellent but the navigation and efficiency is awful - not worth the money!

Been a proud owner for about a month, must have for busy moms especially of pets. It has saved me if not less at least 10 hours a week of cleaning, just one improvement it gets stuck easily and then just sleeps their until I pull it back to start, so may be program it while at home and not sleeping. Apart from that- suction precision wase to operate all 10/10

Great features does a really good job
Great suction I barely have any to vacuum anywhere anymore with a regular vacuum. It does great on hard floors and carpet. Its navigation and mapping could be better. It gets stuck under our rocking chairs frequently and I don’t know how To solve that. It manages to vacuum the edges of the kitchen which our previous robot vacuum was unable to do. It requires well lit rooms to do a better job so I have to remember that when I send it out. It can take a long time if it needs to charge because it charges fully before going back to work.

Not good navigation, gets struck every day
I have good impression about Dyson vacuum, but robo vacuum lacks lots for things mapping ,getting struck every day ,navigation is not as mentioned it just goes where ever it want to. Before starting it just show 20min to finish but it take more than hour to finish because it doesn’t follow mapping and navigation with precision. It struggle to navigate properly Only reason for keep this which lacks in other robo is suction, very good at picking duct particles. I am not sure about new model is it improved with AI. But for this version Dyson need to update software a lot so that it doesn’t struck every day and increase efficiency
