I have a pet free home, but my two kids make me feel like I live in a zoo. This mop and vacuum combo cuts my cleaning time down to about 1/3 or 1/4 the time I was spending on floors. I use a broom to get things away from the baseboards and there are some dried sticky/messy spots that require a little elbow grease, but overall I’m very pleased and find it easy to use. No streaks after the flow dries. This is my first vacuum/mop combo. The cordless option is great. This is an easy, quick way for me to get my main floor cleaned, even on a weeknight when life is busy.

This isn’t a vacuum mop. It’s a $300 dirt-soup machine. It leaks water, slaps your baseboards with swamp juice, and has suction weaker than a straw with a hole in it. Mop mode? Imagine smearing yesterday’s mess into today’s floor. Congratulations, that’s the “technology.” The plastic feels flimsier than a Happy Meal toy. It doesn’t vacuum. It doesn’t mop. It just… exists. Honestly, it’s almost impressive how badly it fails at both of the only two things it’s supposed to do. I usually buy Shark, but Target was out, so I gave this a shot. Regret level: maximum. I wouldn’t give it three stars if it cost twenty bucks. At $300, it’s straight-up comedy. And my money is on those glowing reviews being incentivized. You heard it here!

Never in my 27 years of life have I had to write such a negative review, but I feel like in this economy is absolutely necessary to warn others to make the same mistake I have now made by purchasing this! Where do I begin? well to start, I was immediately disappointed that the section didn’t work well, but then also that liquid comes out at the same exact time and you cannot press the button to express the liquid like you can all other mop vacuum systems. But that’s probably my own fault for not doing accurate research ahead of time. Next within two minutes of starting it and using it, it was damaged and scared I will share photos from just minutes outside of the box what happened, also for almost $300 I was not expecting it to be such childlike plastic and low quality. I figured it would not be like a such horrible quality as if it were $10 off TEMU or SHEIN, but it is actually 1000 times worse than any mopping system I bought off SHEIN or TEMU ever! If you have any children or pets in your home urgently request you to not make a mistake of falling for the advertisement on this product!!! this may work for someone who has a tiny apartment and battery life for about five minutes of quick floor pick up but not at all made for vacuuming of mopping floors with children or pets! Did it suck up SOME pet hair? Sure, but you have to be prepared to empty the canister IMMEDIATELY after and clean and remove brush about 15-20 times per 10 mins of cleaning! Don’t even get me started on the water streaks/leaking this machine leaves all throughout your house! Also, going over the same spot 15 times it will not pick up any type of floor mess. I’ll try and share a video of what that was like!! Overall I’ve never regretted any purchase quite like this, Tineco and Target I reallllly expected better. Honestly, I wish I didn’t have to be so far away from a return center because I would immediately go back to my Bissell pet pro if I could!!! It won’t allow me to do the videos of how awful the product is, but there is a photo of the damage that happened within two minutes of using this on the top of my product

I love the ease of using it. And it works so well! I have been on the fence about purchasing it because I’m a diehard Dyson user. This hasn’t replaced my Dyson stick as I had hoped it would but I don’t use it as much as I did, now I mop and vac in one.

I’ve owned many Tineco vac mops before. I’ve had the more basic Ifloor max, the s7 pro, etc. This one is supposed to be a newer improved model to the lineup that is available in store. However, I would skip this one. It lacks the flat scraper which is helpful in keeping the brush roller clean from debris. It is clunkier and heavy compared with other models. The clean water tank is on top of the brush roller head, which means that it is hard to fill amd the water sloshes around on the mop head while you are trying to clean. Overall, nope from me. If you are looking for a better option, I recommend the Tineco S5 or the ifloor breeze 5. If you are looking for a great steam cleaner that also picks up debris I recommend the Shark Steam 3 in 1 (even though it is corded it is affordable, works great and is easy to clean! ) 🧼

My favorite part about this Vacume/mop combo is that it’s cordless, and the swivel head glides like a dream. I also love that it doesn’t reuse dirty water or leave puddles behind like other mops. It vacuums and mops at the same time which saves me so much time during busy days. Compared to my old mop and handheld vac this is a serious upgrade! It's lightweight, easy to maneuver and even cleans itself, which is one less thing on my list. I've noticed I clean more often now just because it's so convenient. It's quiet enough to use during naps and powerful enough to tackle daily kid chaos. Total game changer for our home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hammerhead is awesome. It only took me 10 minutes to set it up and to learn how to use it. I am not mechanically inclined, and I put it together myself. It was super simple. It’s not easy for me to log around a heavy vacuum, but this one seemed almost magnetized to pull forward, so it was really easy to collide it around my house. My floors are flawlessly clean and I have two kids in elementary school so there’s like dried on milk on my wood floors and weird stuff that’s stuck on and the Hammerhead got it clean! Really impressive gadget.

Ok this vacuum took me into the future. I didn’t know there was something that would like sweep mop, vacuum all at the same time. My old vacuum was super clunky, but this one seems like almost magnetized to pull forward so that you spend less time logging it around and it kind of pulls you forward, which is awesome. It was easy for me to set up and I am not mechanically inclined. It’s very easy to fill it with water and then to clean it out after. I’m obsessed and it actually got me to like mopping my floors.

Being able to do it all at once has been such a lifesaver! I love that it is so lightweight and easy to use. It moves and turns with ease. It’s very easy to clean out and I love that it has the self cleaner too. The only downside I could find is that I wish the battery life was longer, but with how well it works, it doesn’t bother me at all! I just usually mop two rooms at a time and then charge it. I would highly recommend this product to anyone!
