Replacement rollers no longer available!
Love how this product cleans but giving it one star because they don’t make the replacement microfiber roller anymore. I tried reaching out to the manufacturer and they keep giving me different excuses and asking me to check back in 30 days with another excuse. I give up and buying a know brand that has replacement parts readily available.

The fact that it has the features to vacuum, mop, and self clean are impressive enough, but it’s also cordless, is lightweight, and performs incredibly well. Every day there ar crumbles on the floor, dirt and lot's of fur. I was so tired that i have to use two vacuums: separately mop and separately regular vacuum. I am so happy I finally found the one that does it all! So convenient, great suction power and so lightweight in hand! And on top of all-m in looks stylish and doesn't take much space!

The price for this is not worth it. I would recommend either the dreame brand or an upgraded version of this. Max third should cost $100 or less it’s definitely a cheap version of a vac mop but with a high price tag. Do yourself a favor and just get a newer upgraded wet vac mop for this price tag.

Timesaver for Kitchen Clean-Ups

Renovation Dust GONE!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After some recent renovations, our floor had a thick payer of dust covering it. The Tineco GO H20 Hammerhead was just the solution we needed to tackle the mess. Rather than going in with a broom first and then a mop, we were able to cut our cleaning time in half using this product, since it vacuumed and mopped at once. Not only that, but it did an incredible job cleaning the mess, after just one pass over the floor, it looked like no renovations had taken place, all the dust was gone. It was very lightweight and easy to maneuver around furniture such as kitchen chairs and the table legs. It was easy to set up, it's easy to store, and the fact that it is cordless makes it easy to transport from room to room. This has now become my go-to for cleaning my floors!

I bought this to replace a previous one that I loved and had lasted for about three years. This model was different in that the water was held on the base of the unit which ended up being a poor design.. I picked this one because of the fact that you could clean right up to the baseboards and the handle went down so you could get under ithings. . After just a couple uses, I noticed that there was a small crack in the corner of the clean water tank and it was leaking everywhere.. I loved my previous Tineco, but this is such a bad design and I would pick any other model.

Can not get replacement rollers filters for this specific model
First you can’t find replacement rollers or filters anywhere for this specific vacuum/mop. Like no where not even Tineco!!!! Second, it is A LOT of work to clean especially if you have dogs/hair. You have to pull it a part to clean under roller and the hose to the container that holds the dirty. Not getting the roller/filter replacements is what is making me return it.

Just get a vacuum and a swiffer
It does not work as a “dry vac.” It just pushes dirt and dog hair around. Using it as a mop works just okay. It runs for a few seconds after you stop mopping to “clean up any extra water” but it doesn’t work. There’s always a puddle of dirty water on the floor. It’s also really thick/bulky, so it doesn’t fit well under furniture. If I try to get under my bed, it’s so bulky that it presses against my bed frame and squeezes all of the dirty water out of the mop. So, yeah….just get a good vacuum and a swiffer.

It keeps shutting off. The wet mop just spits out dirty water. The roller has an awful stench. The automatic cleaner/spin doendt work. The return window is closed but I bought the protection plan and hoping something can be done. I had high hopes for it.

Leaves floors sticky and dirty
Very disappointed in this product. While the vacuum feature works, the mop is terrible… it is leaking too much water/solution on my floors and leaving them sticky. The “mop” brush smells awful and is hard to get it to air dry. I would not recommend. Returning this product and going back to the old school broom and bona mop.
