Junk! Don't buy!
If only I could give 0 stars instead of 1 star! Piece of crap. Did not clean the floor when it was actually working. After just 2 uses, it only worked for 1 minute when fully charged then shut off. Had to keep turning it on before it quit a minute later. I basically threw money in the trash because now it’s too late to take it back to the store. I kept thinking I would just see if it worked a week from now but then family and job duties ticked time away and now I’ve missed my window to return! Ugh! Do not buy this junk!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t expect to be this impressed, but the Tineco GO H2O HammerHead has genuinely made cleaning faster and less annoying. I have hard floors throughout most of my house, and being able to vacuum and mop at the same time saves so much effort. I tested it on spilled coffee grounds and cereal, and it picked everything up without leaving streaks behind. It’s lightweight, easy to move around corners, and the cordless design makes a huge difference. The self-cleaning feature is probably my favorite part because I don’t have to deal with a gross mop afterward. Definitely worth it for busy homes.

Charge dtinks
So disappointed. I loved the convenience and got excited about getting vacuuming and mopping done at the same time. It does have good power drive. But two big issues, the battery didn’t even hold through one use, so frustrating to have to stop charge and then finish my cleaning. And once it dried, it did not get up things like mud paw prints even though I ran over it two or three times. Taking it back.

This is a great cleaner. I replaced a previous Tinneco cleaner. This new version has a better set up cuz I like the clean water holder and I think it’s bigger cuz I can do all my floors without refilling. I let all parts dry thoroughly before putting back together or even until I use it the next time. Something I don’t like is you can’t just put it on the base to charge. You have to plus it in also. I appreciated my previous one cuz you just put it back in the station and it was charging.

A Yes for me!
I really do love this Tineco Go Hammerhead with a few caveats. I did a Ton of research before purchasing, and this was the best option for my needs. I have 5 indoor cats, and I wanted something to help me keep my floors clean and the cat hair and dust down. I watched multiple videos, and the biggest complaint came from people who left the dirty water sitting in the machine and they complained of the smell (Ya think?!) I've used it several times, I clean it each time after use, and I've only had a couple of issues that I'm hoping are operator error or I will figure out a better way: taking the roll bar off is very difficult for me. It isn't an easy click and pull. I have had my son have to take it off for me each time and that's a problem, especially as he isn't there frequently. The last time I used it, when I was done I relized that none of the dirty water had been collected in the reservoir and I'm not sure why. I have to trouble shoot the next time I use it. Other than that - I love how it cleans! Note - I accidently used the cleaner for my bissell carpet spot cleaning machine in it once - I had to immediately pull it all apart and rince all that cleaner out thoroughly as it makes a ton of bubbles/foam. Ugh - totally my fault. I do recommend it though!
