Still going after 1 year!
I've had this coffee maker for about a year now & overall it's fantastic. The k cup adapter doesn't work very well. It makes a big mess. The insert for loose coffee (what I use daily) works great but the hinge broke after about a month of use, unsurprisingly. That part seems to be exclusive to this specific coffee maker so it's not something that I can replace. I've just been putting the top back on when I put it in the coffee maker & that seems to do the job, just a little more clunky.

Dissapointed
The cup seats to low so it spatters when the coffee is dripping. If you add more than 8 oz of water, it doesn’t stop at 8 oz as it should therefore your coffee is watered down. It’s supposed to beep after 8 oz but it doesn’t it just keeps brewing non stop. The size was perfect for my small counter space but I wasn’t happy with the results.
