Literally the worst vacuum I’ve ever owned! I had a shark previously so I was excited to try this one! It ALWAYS clogs no matter what & you can’t even take the roller off to even see what’s clogged! I always triple check & it still hardly picks up anything at all. Do not waste your money on this!

False advertising does not come with the pet multi tool
Even though this is advertised with the pet multi tool it does NOT come with it. I have been a loyal shark buyer for many years my last navigator lasted 17 yrs. Compared to my original navigator this feels cheaply made plastic seems flimsy. I choose this solely for the pet multi tool that is listed 3x in the advertisement that this comes with and neither target nor shark will honor it. Very disappointed in the product and the customer service.

I love my shark lift away vacuum. I hate this vacuum. It takes a lot of force to move while using it and does not have attachments that work on stairs or under furniture. Pay the extra money for the better model.

After my bissell stopped sucking up anything, I did some research and decided to buy the Shark Navigator. I like that hair cant get caught in the "brush" and bog it down. The filter and dirt trap are all one pastic piece so I can just rinse it out and it dries much faster than a traditional filter. Suction is great. The only thing I don't like is the cord is not retractable, but I can get over that for the quality.

Probably one of the worst vacuums I have ever tried. Doesn’t really pick up anything (definitely doesn’t pick up pet hair), leaves behind crumbs, and no matter how much I clean out the roller (that is advertised as self cleaning but isn’t whatsoever) it always has the red light on then barely sucks up anything. Do yourself a favor and buy anything else.

When I first got this vacuum, I thought the idea of the brush not getting hair tangled in it was really cool, since that’s something I usually hate dealing with. The first time I used it, I noticed it took a few passes to pick things up, but I brushed it off and figured I’d just deal with it. After using it for about a month, though, I’ve realized it’s just not a good vacuum overall. The suction isn’t great, and it doesn’t clean as well as it should. I’ve owned other Shark vacuums and loved them, but unfortunately this one misses the mark. I wouldn’t recommend this model.
