Disappointing. Ugh
Purchased in Feb .the first month or so we were somewhat satisfied with toaster. Then day by day the toast wasn’t toasting. One side worked the other side we had to keep adjusting the settings. One side was toasting lightly and the other side started burning toast no matter what setting was used. Today May 29th was the final straw. Set on low it still burns one of the two pieces of toast. Unfortunately the return window has closed. Stick with a non working toaster. Do not purchase this toaster please

Not a good buy
We have had this toaster for a few months now, and while it still works, we're looking for a replacement. Toasting takes so long, and the results are not at all consistent. Same exact setting will sometimes lead to bread or bagels that are just warmed up and not toasted and will sometimes result in toast or bagels that are toasted black.

Stopped working after 7 months
We bought this after our 13 year old toaster from our wedding stopped working. This more affordable toaster lasted us 7 months before the right side stopped working. It gets warm but doesn’t click down. Learn from our mistake — buy the more expensive toaster.
