The power cord broke within 1 year of purchase. Otherwise, this vacuum works really well, but for the price, the power cord shouldn't break so quickly.

don't waste $
after 3 months hard to push, the rubber roller brush breaks down and don't work. cant replace that part unfortunately. Will not buy again i was 5 days past warranty when I tried returning and they wouldn't let me.

Sucks in the best way
I have had this vacuum for over 3 years and I still love it. Works great on carpet and hard floors. Really user friendly. I have two kids and a cat and it’s been able to handle everything we throw at it. If it ever seems like it’s not sucking as strongly I give it a good empty and clean and it’s good as new.

Handles insane amount of dog hair beautifully!
We have two Huskies and I am also a dog groomer, so the amount of dog hair in my house is insanity. This is, hands down, the BEST vacuum I have ever used. I bought it 7 months ago and it is just as good as it was day 1. I love all the features, especially being able to lift the canister away from the base when I'm doing the stairs. 0 complaints so far!

I have had this model for 10 years and it just started making a high pitch whine, but 10 years so worth it, still pulls me around when the rollers are on. I’ll probably buy a new motor head off their website for like $150. Anyways best vacuum I’ve owned

Had this vacuum for 8 years!
I’ve had this vacuum for 8 years before it crapped out! The only reason it stopped working is I accidentally vacuumed up one of my kid’s socks, and tried taking it apart to remove, and was unsuccessful. It still has suction, but it’s blocked. I looked in to replacing it with other brands and models, but I think I’m just going to stick with what I know! I also decided on it 8 years ago because the girl I used to clean houses with would only use these, nothing else!

Great... when it works
For some reason the vacuum continues to stop running when I'm vacuuming our higher pile carpeting. It works fine on the thin rugs and hardwood/ceramic, but in the area we need it the most (bedrooms), it will run for a few swipes and then the light turns red and it stops running. I can't figure out what the problem is... there are no blockages, I've taken the whole thing apart, no hair tangled... I'm unsure what the issue is but I may ultimately end up returning it as it essentially doesn't function.

Falls over constantly!
This is a great vacuum overall for floors but I’m giving it 3 stars because it lightweight and falls over constantly when using the hose attachments or when detach the base to use it on stairways. I considered returning it but it works better than my previous Dyson which also has it own issues.
