LEAKS! DO NOT BUY!
Has the typical leak problem. Worked well for a month, consistent leaking from the spigot ever since. No amount of tightening, adjusting, etc can fix it. Very disappointing, and wish I had read the reviews before buying. Everyone seems to have a huge problem with leaks from the dispenser models.

Love it! Wish I bought one sooner
Love the high capacity, small footprint of this water dispenser. I’ve had it for about 6 weeks and am in love. It’s made of high quality materials, thick plastic. The pour spot is easy to use and stays in position well, whether open or closed. No leaks so far. I do notice that it will pour slower as the water level gets lower, but will speed up if I tilt it forward, toward the spout. When I fill the top reservoir with tap water, it takes about 1-2 minutes to filter. I feel like it’s pretty quick and don’t have any complaints. The water tastes really good! I feel like the filter does a great job as I’m not seeing mineral buildup inside my tumblers like I had seen before. Setup was a breeze. Just wash everything, drop in the filter, and start filling the top reservoir. Boom. Easy! I priced out this versus the monthly filter model, this one ends up saving me more money in the long run. I also like that the longer-lasting filters mean less waste. We had been buying 10-14 gallons of spring water every month, and this will pay for itself in 6 months, and save me money (even with buying filters) by the time I’ve had it for 12 months. Plus this is so much better looking than the jugs of water. I love how little space it takes up in the fridge.

Not good
Worked great and then after about a month or two started leaking. It leaks a lot, we have woken up to the floor soaking wet multiple times now. We have to angle it into the kitchen sink. Very frustrating

Disappointed
TDS is higher after being filtered than tap water....as per the pictures, the tds of my tap water was 80 and even after dumping out the initial 3 dispensers of filtered water the tds of the water after being filtered was 86. So apparently tap water is cleaner and safer than filtered water from this system. Extremely disappointed. My previous zerowater dispenser was much better and I'll be returning to them. Figured I'd try a different brand after my zerowater spigot was no good following ~4 years of consistent use but Brita unfortunately did not compare and now I'm out $50.

Damaged My Refrigerator
I ordered this dispenser in April at full price, which was a significant expense for a student. It started leaking immediately. I initially blamed myself and tried to fix it, but I see now that this is a widely reported, common problem with this model. I'm extremely disappointed, especially since I also invested in buying multiple filter refills to last me for a long time. My attempts to troubleshoot it unfortunately resulted in the leak causing damage to the inside of my refrigerator. Buyer beware!!

Very bad leakage
I have had four of these in the last two years. Every one of them has leaked all over my fridge after a few months. I had a previous version of this dispenser that lasted 20 years. I replaced it when I bought a smaller fridge because it was wider than I wanted. I wish I had kept it. It would be worth the space to not have floods in my fridge every few months.

Doesn't work with Elite Filter
I purchased this and added the extra filtering with the Elite filter. However, the filter doesn't fit suggly in the space and so water is leaking around the sides and not getting filtered. The website says this filter works for all models. Not sure what the problem is. I texted customer service and they said to firming push the filter in, which I did. Same problem continues.

IT BROKE! BUT I BOUGHT IT AGAIN?????
THE SPIGOT TAB BROKE AND IT ONLY DISPENSED A TRICKLE! Why am I giving it 5 star? Cause this critical failure of the Brita happened after almost a decade of it being my families main water supply. This thing was a wedding gift and has lasted 4 moves, 3 cats trying to kill it mufasa/scar style, 2 toddlers that have no strength control while practicing filling up their cups, and everything else. When it broke we IMMEDIATELY went out and bought it again! Love this dang thing and definitely worth every penny!

I bought this because I liked the idea of having fresh, clean cold water all the time in my fridge. It would have been great if it didn't drip water every 5 second. The water drops have to be collected by a bowl under it. A waste of time. I would never tell anyone to buy it.
