    So far so good

    So far so good. The only negative thing we found is the attachment for carpets won’t work on one of ours- the pile is too dense and it doesn’t move on it even at the highest setting . We like the floor attachment with the light and the attachment to do baseboards. It’s quieter than our DC44.

    Looks great, lightweight but gets stuck on carpets

    Looks good, sucks really good but a letdown is its roller/rollers get caught in the carpet and stops spinning. I am not happy at all, neither is my missus. I may be returning it yet, unless theres a better head available that doesn't stop spinning and doesn't get caught up in the carpets... same thing with the rugs we have, they get stuck in the roller and we have to use the ducted vacuum to do our carpets

    Love this thing!

    We've only had our Dyson V15 for a week, but so far -- we love it! Great suction, lightweight, quiet. That green light will, hopefully, make me feel better about our cleaning. Right now it's pointing out so much dirt, I'm a bit horrified with what we've thought was clean! The old vacuum definitely needed replacing! I have one suggestion, however. I'd like a trigger guard of some kind that I can flip into place when needed, such as when I'm carrying the vacuum up stairs. I keep grasping the handle and accidentally activating the trigger. But like I said, we're loving this vacuum!

    Excellent suction and trigger

    The new V 15 vacuum cleaner is working a treat. The section is so good that I have to empty the dustbin A number of times if I vacuum the entire house. negative on this vacuum is the difficulty in emptying the bin as one has to remove the pipe and with this some dust does come out as well.

    Better than any other vacuum

    Brilliant suction, better than any barrel vacuum we’ve ever had. Only minor notes are that it’s pretty heavy, and when you empty you have to scoop out the dirt, it doesn’t just fall out. Still an amazing product.

    Very powerful

    I had a v11 before this, and it was pretty good, but the 15 is a different level of power and effectiveness. The laser light on the soft roller is another bonus—it makes vacuuming more interesting! A.very good buy.

    Almost perfect, Great for pet hair

    I love the vacuum especially the motorized roller with light. I love that I can see the dirt and dog fur does not get stuck around the wheels. It's low profile is great for vacuuming under the furniture.The suction is great and the battery life is more than enough to vacuum my entire three bedroom house. The noise volume seems on par with other machines I have used. The ergonomics of the grip are not great. The filter rests on the base of my thumb making vacuuming painful. I think adding a trigger lock would at the very least would let you adjust hand positions so the filter isn't resting on the same spot the entire time. I'm looking at other options like a shoulder strap to help with the problem, because it is the best vacuum for pet hair I've ever used.

    Awesome vacuum

    Awesome machine: we used it on a carpet that had been cleaned with another vacuum and it picked up so much more dirt and hairs, we couldn't believe how much additional dirt and hairs was still left. I hope it lasts us a long time. I just wished it brought an additional holder for the other attachments.

    Easy to operate

    Stick gets stuck

    This is my 2nd V15. I had a hard problem trying to take off the long stick from the main unit. It went on for months and still had a major problem taking it off. So I returned it. I got the new one a month ago and still having issue but not nearly as bad as my first one. I do love the unit when I get it right.

    Great lightweight vacuum
