Zojirushi Dome Brew Classic Coffee Maker EC-EJC120 Stainless Black: 12-Cup Drip Machine, Glass Carafe, Auto Shut-Off

I like an idea of a dome and coffee taste nice. Coffee temp I measured is up to 175F. I am a fan of Zojirushi products especially rice cookers. I got this one at an amazing deal 50 less. I didn’t think of this one being too classic and yet lack of many important features. It doesn’t have auto-shut off and imagine if coffee plate overheats or you forget to the it off!! That’s a huge risk. It’s not a correct description. You cannot brew 1-2 cups of coffee unless you somehow try to measure price ml of water & one scoop of coffee. You cannot adjust temp or program this coffee maker. The glass carafe is superior and strong. No permanent filter and only use of size 4 paper filter. It shows instructions to adjust filter or fold edges- that’s too much work to just brew quick coffee. Again, this description is wrong and it’s not auto shut off. It recommends you keep it on for 15min for best coffee results or taste and the shut off: “Be sure to turn the Switch off then hold the Power Plug and pull it out of the electrical outlet.”

Simple to use. Easy to clean. Makes a good cup of coffee and keeps it hot.

No auto shut-off and it brews the coffee so darn hot that I have to pour a cup and wait 10 minutes to drink it.

This is my 2nd cofee pot - I accidentally broke the first one. I had my first one for over 5 years and loved it, so I ordered another one. Make great coffee and the coffee works really well.

I really like this coffeemaker. It brews a little hotter than others I have owned, the carafe seems more solid (less likely to break when I wash it). It only has an on/off switch, no ability to program start time. For me, that’s a good thing - I never used those settings on other machines. Good simple machine - recommended.

Coffee maker is well built with pervasive quality throughout.. Coffee is hot and strong without being bitter. Their dome feature appears to work very well.

It is easy to use with only one button which is the off/on button. It does not have any other buttons, functions, or timer. It does have a slider on the top lid where the water & coffee filter go where you can slide it from brewing classic to bold. Great & simple to use standard coffee maker.

I’ve used this coffee maker to make two cups worth of coffee and 12 cups worth of coffee and I can tell you this machine works great and keeps your coffee warm and great tasting. But once I got my hands on it couldn't believe the taste that I got from it, for it was way better then McDonald's Cafe on the run that I've been grabbing share leaving home

It makes a great cup of coffee with the taste tuner you can make it as strong as you want or light if you want it. And it is Easy to use that's a plus in my book.

Has a variable strength lever on top which works nicely, as I tried a few different types.. It is easy to clean and doesn't take forever to brew, which is nice when you're tired in the morning! The only thing that is strange/new is the rubber gap cover that is where the carafe meets the drip. Very happy with this Zojirushi Dome Brew Classic Coffee Maker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a full size coffeemaker that has a nice look. There's a clear dome to see the water percolating the coffee. It brews the strength by sliding a lever from classic to bold. I tried classic, halfway and bold. There was a distinct difference between classic and bold. I enjoy the bold choice with freshly ground beans.
