    Works well, However...

    Instructions on capacities are incorrect. indicated cup lines on carafe equate to 6 0z. per cup 5 cup carafe actually holds 20 0z. of coffee not 25. Very important to know this. Instructions should be updated!

    parts for thsi coffee pot

    I paid almost $50.00 for this coffee pots and now wish I would of gotten a cheaper one because the carafe chip and it cost $20.00 to replace is that normal why you can't purchase the part inside a store and for so much cheaper otherwise it is a ok coffee pot

    Great little coffee maker!

    I love this little coffee maker! My travel mugs are 16-20oz and the other one-cup makers I’ve had weren’t large enough to make a full cup. This is perfect! Also great on the weekends to have enough coffee made to top off my 30oz mug. Only drawback is that it does not automatically shut off like the smaller ones I’ve had before. Otherwise it’s great.

    Great 5-cup coffee maker

    The 5-cup coffee maker is a little tall tosit under the upper cabinets and open the lid. Hard to fill from the right side because the opening is tighter than on the left side.

    Makes Good Coffee, With Exceptions

    I'm a bit disappointed in this purchase. It makes very good coffee, but has features that are frustrating. First, there are too many pieces. I wanted something simple: a carafe, a place to put water & coffee, and a good warming plate. Second, the space for filling water and the on/off button are all over on the left side. I'm right-handed, so that's not convenient. Lastly, the first cup of coffee is nice and hot; but after that, the warming plate seems to cool down and the coffee as well. I'll keep it, but I wish I had looked further.

    Great Flexible Coffee Maker

    I bought this Black & Decker coffee maker about a month ago. So far I am happy with it. Just be sure to note that there is NOT a warming plate. That didn’t concern me because I drink my coffee slowly and even with a warming plate, I always heat my milk so no big deal to pour lukewarm coffee in my cup along with cold milk and microwave it. It’s just me here drinking coffee so no big deal. However, the glass container is very fragile and glass is thin. I knocked the glass carafe on a glass and it shattered the carafe into a lot of little pieces - after only 3 weeks of purchasing. That disappoints me.
