  • A: Yes you can, but it has to be a cleaner compatible with dry/wet vacuum cleaners like this Roborock. I purchased a lavender and orange scented cleaning solution from Amazon that's compatible with the Roborock solution. Its a larger bottle for less. Do not use something like Mr. Clean or Fabuloso in this machine. Its not recommended since its not made for upright machines like this. Always remember to only add around half a cap-full of solution to the water tank, whether its the Roborock brand or the other compatible solutions. Otherwise it will get too foamy and leave foam streaks on the floor and possibly clog your machine. I love my Roborock and use it on all my hardwood floors throughout my home and ceramic tile floors in the bathroom and laundry room. With 3 dogs its a game changer. Amazon also sells replacement rollers too. Hope this helps!

  • A: Yes it self cleans. After use place it on the charging dock, press the self button on the handle and it will talk to you letting you know self cleaning mode will start. Just make sure the clean water tank has water and a small amount of compatible cleaning solution. If the dirty water tank is full it will stop and talk again letting you know to empty it out. Once cleaned out replace it back on the vacuum and press the self clean button again. It will continue where it left off. Hope this helps!

Great product

I was back and forth between this and the ft25 ultra, having the s8 ultra robot and the saros 20 now as well we decided on this. We have a Bissell corded for a steam mop so I couldn’t justify the extra cost for that. I’m glad we made this choice. I did a test clean with the kitchen and living room and no issues with suds. The self clean takes about 2 minutes, the. It drys, very quietly. I’ll be happy if it last 2 years. I would grab it for $279 again. My only complaint is the wheels are self driving and if you lay it flat under a table, it will roll away on you if you let it go for whatever reason. If your tires of mopping, I would go for this model. If you don’t have a steam mop, I would say step up to the ultra if you can afford it.

Perfect hardworking vacuum

This has been great. It can lie flat to get under my couch and tables and really pulls up dirt/dust/dog hair and washes the floors as well. Very satisfied.

roborock F25 RT Vacuum MopI just bought this item, and I couldn't be happier with it! It was quite straightforward to use right out of the box; there was no need to set anything up or lift anything heavy. It is quite light, which is one of the best things about it. I can easily carry it around the home and move it around without breaking a sweat, even up and down the stairs. The self-propelled feature is what really makes this product stand out. It almost moves on its own, which makes cleaning easy and even a little fun! This is quite beneficial when you have to cover a lot of ground or work on different types of floors. The ability to clean and dry itself is another great feature. It saves a lot of time and makes the whole maintenance procedure easy. You don't have to bother about cleaning up after each use because the machine does it for you, which maintains it working well over time. The product is of high quality overall. It feels like every part is well-made and will last. It doesn't feel cheap or weak at all. The features are not only beneficial, but they also work well together, which makes it a good mix of new ideas and old ones. This product is wonderful in every way: it's easy to use, has smart features, and works well. I strongly suggest you try this one if you're a busy mom, a pet owner, or just someone who likes smart design. It's changed everything about my routine!

Little Dissapointed Customer

The 60 minute run time is a plus. But I think the add is deceiving when it says wet and dry vacuum, because in reality they do not recommend using the vacuum without water. Perhaps what they meant, it can vacuum wet floor or dry floor, yet the roller still had to be wet. The other issue, F25 cannot use the Roborock App unless you have the F25 Ace or F25 Combo. Therefore, it’s a big disappointment not being able to use the App.
