Love it...get to enjoy fresh brewed coffee every cup!

I decided to switch brands after my last two more expensive pod coffee makers failed to last one year. So far, I have used the basket and pod attachment to brew cups but have not used the specialty option or the frothing attachment. Likes: The coffee is hot, but not too hot. The rich setting makes an intense cup of coffee. The ability to store either the basket or the pod attachment inside the unit, as well as the ability to store the scoop on the side of the unit. The ability to use the basket to brew up a cup of up to 24 ounces. The slim design and removable drip tray that minimizes its footprint on the countertop. The removable water reservoir enable an even smaller footprint. You can order replacement parts on the web site. Meh: Brewing speed is slower with this coffee maker than the other brand but not show stopping slow. No choices in hot coffee temperature although the coffee is hot enough, but not too hot. Verdict: Its a keeper.

Bought this after my first one broke after several years of use. Love the speed of brewing and ease of use.

I was so excited to receive this machine as a gift to replace my Keurig. Unfortunately, every cup of coffee I make, no matter what setting I try or how small the cup, my coffee always tastes watered down. I have tried grounds and I have used the Dark French Roast K cups that I’ve been using for years that with my Keurig always produced a nice, robust flavor and rich coffee, especially when using the “strong setting.” This machine does have a similar setting, however it does not offer different results at all. So bummed but glad I received this as a gift Since I would be very angry if I had spent money on it. That being said, the size is very nice.

I bought this to replace my Keurig that died after a year. I like that it’s easy to clean and simple to use. It’s also a bit smaller than the Keurig and fits on my counter really nicely. As of right now, I’m happy with my purchase. Time will tell if this coffee maker will last.

II returned my coffee machine because it stopped working, and I had been using it for less than a month. The worst part is that I had the Circle 360 and received a $20 discount, but when I exchanged it for another one, Target did not apply the $20 discount to this exchange, so I had to pay extra to get my coffee machine. I am very disappointed because they should have honored that discount since it was an exchange, but the person said he couldn't. I ended up paying that extra amount and got my coffee machine, but I am not at all satisfied with that service. They should do something better to keep customers happy.

It’s soooooo noisy when trying to close the lid. My husband is so quiet in the morning when getting ready for work and for whatever reason, putting the lid down to puncture the Keurig pod makes such a loud noise it wakes me up every morning. Aside from the noise, the machine is great and the frother is awesome.

Do not buy this product. We were so excited to have something that used both pods and grounds but this has been a nightmare. Not even 2 weeks in and we’ve had 4 pods explode on us for no reason. My husband got burned by hot coffee lifting the lid open today and found out the pod exploded making a giant mess of everything around it. The grounds option works fine so far but it takes longer to brew. We have many other Ninja products that we love! So far, we are not happy with this o e and will be returning it

Easy to use. You can make espresso or coffee.

So far so good! Just unboxed; first cycle was little loud as expected. Second cycle was much quieter. Love the design of attachments, storage and scoop hook!!!!!

After having bad luck with another coffee maker brand, this one saved the day! Better price and better quality! I'm so happy with this purchase and I'd recommend this to all of my friends. I love that it can brew ground coffee AND K cups so my stock of goodies won't go to waste. Cheers!

Love the compact design with many features like brother, grounds basket or single cup pod attachments. The sage color adds a layer of character to my counter

Fast, quiet, easy to use. Lot’s of options in a smaller package. Perfect for my kitchen counter.

The machine is very noisy. When you brew pods or grounds same noise. I thought there was something wrong with it because of the pause and noise. Once the brew was complete the coffee is good and hot.

Bought this to replace an old coffee system. This makes good hot coffee. I haven’t tried the over ice coffee. I have used pods and grounds. I made a24oz coffee with grounds which was very good.

I bought this two weeks ago and I am not happy with the replacement. It does not get hot enough.

I purchased 2 of these in one week and both would NOT pump water. What’s the problem? It’s not like Ninja to produce a product so bad. I own several ninja appliances with no problems. I like the little coffee maker but I gave up. They would only pump a few spoons full of water at a time, each time I pressed the brew button. I was so disappointed.

I would give this ALL stars however the water tank is cracking and I have only had it for a month. How do I get that replaced?? I am looking on here and cannot find it!

I really like the design of this coffee maker BUT my biggest complaint is with the water reservoir. Not sure if others have ran into this problem but there is no way to clean the inside of the bottom area where the water flows through thus having mildew buildup with no way of removing it! I bought another reservoir and the same thing happened even though I tried to stay on top of it with removing the water which was very inconvenient. This is a major flaw. Not sure what to do at this point because I'm almost forced to buy another coffee maker even though this one works.

I loves the ease of switching out between the pods and grounds feature. I like how you can remove the frother for easy cleaning. I didn’t like that the pour spout drips after use but I just wipe it after each use to prevent buildup after each use. The sage green color is adorable in my kitchen
