I read a lot of reviews so didn’t think I’d love this machine however it is so easy to use and my coffee/cappuccino etc comes out very hot. Prior to this I had a nespresso and would have to warm my milk, this comes out as hot as Starbucks and I love it. It’s so easy to use and I haven’t had any issues. Made about 20 cups so far I had a delonghi years ago and the beans would get caught but this machine seems very low maintenance and easy to have success with for a basic learner

Too Watery cappuccino. I don’t like it.

The Philips 3300 is easy to use, makes delicious Latte, wonderful coffee, and great cappaccino or espresso. There are several options to suit your taste at the press a a button or two. And, the machine is so easy to clean. What's not to like?

Tasty coffee, several options but always small quantities. if you want to drink noram coffee, you have to brew twice. The machine needs cleaning every use and its grinding sound Is loude.

It takes several ajustments, after some testing we have great Coffee. The only negative part is the little cap on the latte n go .

The latte setting makes a tiny latte even on the max liquid setting. Not worth the price.

La machine va très bien dans l'ensemble la qualité est au rendez vous un peu déçu du plateau a tasse en stainless qui se raye facilement. Ainsi que le mecanisme de verrouillage du contenant de moussage de lait qui semble un peu fragile.

J'adore le café que fait cette machine. Pour le nettoyage du groupe de percolation ont m'a dit de le laver a l'eau froide je n'arrive pas a le nettoyer comme il faut le café reste coller ?

So far it's okay. I have only had it approximately 6 weeks and am still in the learning stage. Overall I like the machine and kick myself for not spending the extra money for the newest model. My only complaint is I find the coffee and espresso temperature is not hot enough. Wish there was a way to adjust the temperature hotter. The automatic lattego milk system is really nice having. It makes it so quick and easy to make a cappuccino and a latte macchiato with no fuss and mess. I have found that it works the best with really cold milk or really cold whipping cream but not so good with oat milk. Also be very careful when putting the lattego together. Make sure you hear or feel it snapped together. I have had a few mishaps with milk pouring out the pin hole in the frother due to not putting it together properly. Sure it is a tad noisy when it grinds and use the frother, but it is quieter than the previous models. My family has complained that it wakes them up in the mornings. But it is safer for them to listen to machine briefly and go back to sleep instead dealing with a cranky uncaffeinated mother. 😆 I am still trying to find a bean that I really enjoy. I have tried 3 different Kicking Horse brands, 6 different Lavazza brands and 1 McCafe brand. The coffee beans all have their good points but nothing that makes me rave about them. Cleaning the brewing system every couple days is super easy. I rinse it completely and fully just before bed and let it air dry overnight. I suggest dumping the tray and grounds every few uses. If you wait for the machine to tell you, you take a chance of spilling the excess water when you pull the tray out.

Vraiment satisfait de cette machine , je peux avoir une saveur de café différentes a chaque matin ou avoir ma saveurs préférée a chaque tasses.

Like the product but not happy that the coffee does not come out hot. We searched all the ways to increase the heat and nothing worked. In addition, machine is slow or needs several times to reset when water, coffee or cleaning occurs.

Bought this machine in Feb, within 10cups, hot water start to leak from the left side of the machine. Sent in to service centre, came back today and water sipping out from left side of the machine again. Sent in to your CS to request a 1 to 1 exchange but got rejected. Instead required me to bring it to the service centre again. It’s a total waste of my leave to manage this defect machine.

Overall we am enjoying our new automatic espresso machine. It’s a treat to have a cappuccino every morning. It also has all the features we were looking for. We’ve tried all the different types of coffee except for the iced coffee feature. If I had to complain about anything it would be that sometimes the coffee is super hot and other times it’s not. I wish it could be more consistent. However my husband heats his cup in the microwave first so that helps.

Coffee doesn't come out hot. Not very user friendly!

The coffees are to small and the beans always get jammed. I am returning mine, be sure to research the maintenance on these units as well. The coffee was less robust than a Keurig. We tried two different types of beans, both a jammed and made average coffee.
