J'adore le café que fait cette machine. Pour le nettoyage du groupe de percolation ont m'a dit de le laver a l'eau froide je n'arrive pas a le nettoyer comme il faut le café reste coller ?

So far it's okay. I have only had it approximately 6 weeks and am still in the learning stage. Overall I like the machine and kick myself for not spending the extra money for the newest model. My only complaint is I find the coffee and espresso temperature is not hot enough. Wish there was a way to adjust the temperature hotter. The automatic lattego milk system is really nice having. It makes it so quick and easy to make a cappuccino and a latte macchiato with no fuss and mess. I have found that it works the best with really cold milk or really cold whipping cream but not so good with oat milk. Also be very careful when putting the lattego together. Make sure you hear or feel it snapped together. I have had a few mishaps with milk pouring out the pin hole in the frother due to not putting it together properly. Sure it is a tad noisy when it grinds and use the frother, but it is quieter than the previous models. My family has complained that it wakes them up in the mornings. But it is safer for them to listen to machine briefly and go back to sleep instead dealing with a cranky uncaffeinated mother. 😆 I am still trying to find a bean that I really enjoy. I have tried 3 different Kicking Horse brands, 6 different Lavazza brands and 1 McCafe brand. The coffee beans all have their good points but nothing that makes me rave about them. Cleaning the brewing system every couple days is super easy. I rinse it completely and fully just before bed and let it air dry overnight. I suggest dumping the tray and grounds every few uses. If you wait for the machine to tell you, you take a chance of spilling the excess water when you pull the tray out.

Vraiment satisfait de cette machine , je peux avoir une saveur de café différentes a chaque matin ou avoir ma saveurs préférée a chaque tasses.

Like the product but not happy that the coffee does not come out hot. We searched all the ways to increase the heat and nothing worked. In addition, machine is slow or needs several times to reset when water, coffee or cleaning occurs.

Bought this machine in Feb, within 10cups, hot water start to leak from the left side of the machine. Sent in to service centre, came back today and water sipping out from left side of the machine again. Sent in to your CS to request a 1 to 1 exchange but got rejected. Instead required me to bring it to the service centre again. It’s a total waste of my leave to manage this defect machine.

Overall we am enjoying our new automatic espresso machine. It’s a treat to have a cappuccino every morning. It also has all the features we were looking for. We’ve tried all the different types of coffee except for the iced coffee feature. If I had to complain about anything it would be that sometimes the coffee is super hot and other times it’s not. I wish it could be more consistent. However my husband heats his cup in the microwave first so that helps.

Coffee doesn't come out hot. Not very user friendly!

The coffees are to small and the beans always get jammed. I am returning mine, be sure to research the maintenance on these units as well. The coffee was less robust than a Keurig. We tried two different types of beans, both a jammed and made average coffee.

I find the coffeemaker too noisy. It has taken quite some time to get used to the way the milk frother works.

We've had this automatic in our house for close to 3 months. Previously we had nearly the exact same unit for almost 4 years. No issues very reliable. Great coffee maker. I do wish it was a bit more quiet. Over time the grinder will wear down and when it does typically what we saw is all the seals also go it means replacing quite a few things for about half the price of a new one or just buying a new one. Even so I consider this one excellent.

Nous aimons presque tout de la machine, gout du café, la mousse est est extra, sans bruit excessif, le sol petit bémol est le fait qu'il faut mettre du lait dans le contenant très souvent !.

J'ai fait cet achat pour me gâter et je suis vraiment surprise d'avoir un aussi excellent latté à tous les matins. La machine travaille super bien, tout est clair s'il y a un problème (manque d'eau, enlever le café déjà servi, etc.).

J'aime bien les fonctions latté et capoocino ,j'aime moins la quantité d'un café perco ,soit pas assez et en double c'est trop ! Mais en somme très bonne machine !

I wanted to love this. My household primarily drinks black coffee or lattes. Black coffee doesn’t taste great no matter how good my coffee beans are. The ratio of water to coffee just doesn’t work out. For lattes they taste fine but even the largest cup option is a very small cup and the drink is never more than lukewarm. I wish I had saved my money

My husband got me this for christmas and it is AMAZING!!! I stopped and got a coffee at dunkin this morning and its not nearly as good as this machine makes. Totally worth the money, easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee!!
