La machine fonctionne très bien et le café est très bon et bien préparé. Tel que plusieurs commentaires négatifs sur internet... Beaucoup d'eau dans le bac de récupération d'eau sous la machine et ce versus l'eau vraiment utilisé pour la préparation des cafés.... Donc POURQUOI autant d'eau perdu qui coule dans ce bac ??? Je comprends parfaitement que la machine fait couler de l'eau avant la préparations et après la préparation des cafés et ce pour le nettoyages Mais nous plaçons une tasse pour récupérer cet eau de nettoyage ... Et malgré la récupération de cette eau des nettoyages Beaucoup d'eau coule dans le bac de récupération du bas de la machine... Philips DEVRAIENT VRAIMENT VOIR A REGLER CE PROBLÉME qui est soulevé par une multitude de propriétaire et répertorier sur le net ... Cela donne vraiment une mauvaise image très négative de cette machine à café. 2ième problème : Lubrifiant manqant dans la boite ???

Bean hopper needs work. Beans bridge and can’t always make it to grinder. User interface is not well thought out. Control panel is not easy to see except in bright light. Coffee is not strong enough. It’s okay, not robust.

I got this hoping to quit Starbucks. I use it all day but wished that I hadn't purchased it and here's why: a) it only brews teeny tiny cups of coffee (not like shown in the pic). I have to hit the latte button 2-3 times to fill up my coffee mug. b) It's loud, really loud. c) The orange backlight on the buttons make it hard for middle aged folks to read the button. The newer version of this machine has the whole icon light up. d) The espresso slider does not go high enough to put a tall glass underneath (despite what the picture tells you).

I like all the options but the only thing I don’t like is that the sticker on the lid where the beans go didn’t come off without leaving a residue and I used something that scratched it up. I would like a replacement lid because the cost of this machine, a sticker like this shouldn’t be placed on this machine. The 2 other stickers came off just fine. I almost want to return it because of the lid

The main issue is the water reservoir began leaking immediately. There were some secondary issues (ex. it was substantially louder than I expected and the keypad interface wasn’t great) but never really got too far with it due to the poor quality. The returns experience was just ok as they struggled to figure out the serial number and didn’t have a great customer service response.

I got it a couple days ago, and am not very impressed. Coffee is ok. If I do scoop coffee, it just dumps all the coffee into the water tray and I don't even get a cup of coffee, just a cup of hot water... Probably gonna send it back.

Not very good at all. It was first time purchasing bean to cup coffee machine and I was disappointed. The coffee was watery, the latte function did not produce coffee and wasted allot of product. The instructions are not very clear. I returned it in the end.

We have had the 3300 for about a month now, and this is easily the best coffee/cappuccino machine we have ever owned. Yes, it is not cheap, however, for the one-touch capability, it is a game changer. Some things that we have noticed: 1. We normally use almond milk in our everyday life. While you will get a “foamy” type experience using the frother, for the best results you will need to use either dairy milk or a barista type oat milk for the real cappuccino experience. 2. All of the drinks are very good; cappuccino, the latte, and regular coffee. While we are still experimenting with different beans, we have not made a drink that we have not enjoyed. 3. When starting the machine up, we do notice that it does expel a bit of water before it is ready to brew. I am sure that the unit stores this water to make the steam for the frother, but be away that you be dumping the overflow tray often.

Makes a good coffee but find the latte milk frother over froths. It is hard to judge the size cup to use and would be useful if the 3 degrees of water and milk had notations of volume? 100ml, 200ml etc. That aside for a fully automated system it is excellent and cleaning process is very straightforward. The additional manual lid is great as my wife has decaf. Purchased a separate milk frother so that I can have easy swap between dairy and alternative milks without having to clean one only.

I’d recommend to first time coffee machine users, makes a good quality cup of coffee in less that a minute. It does take a few tries to get the strength and volume just the way I liked it, but once I figured it out it’s perfect
