makes a lot of noise when brewing, coffee does not get hot enough, checked temp,highest 162 degrees black, so when i add cream i have to microwave it, bold feature only adds an extra minute.

Great coffee maker. Not my first purchase of this brand. I love the pot. It keeps the coffee hot all day.

I love that I can do both hot and cold coffee especially the over ice feature, which actually keeps a flavor strong instead of watering it down. The programmable settings are a huge plus, so I can wake up to fresh coffee already brewed. It’s super easy to use clean and looks super sleek on the counter. The thermal carafe keeps coffee, hot for hours without the burnt taste. Definitely a solid choice if you want convenience without sacrifice and quality.

We bought this coffee pot hoping it would ve a long term, high quality product that would brew great coffee. Unfortunately here is the reality for me. It does not brew great coffee no matter how I set it AND it takes forever to brew that mediocre coffee. I would really like to return it or exchange for something that makes good coffee. Very disappointed.

A lot of coffee makers have a plethora of buttons, look busy and require a bunch of steps just to make a simple cup of coffee. This coffee maker isn’t like that at all and it looks stylish in my minimalist kitchen. The stainless steel is easy to clean. It has a large reservoir so I don't have to keep refilling it. I work from home and like having a pot of coffee ready to go all day. With this maker I can brew a pot in the morning and the thermal carafe keeps it warm until I’m done work. The filters make the coffee taste smooth and fresh. I like that it has an iced coffee option but I found it to still brew the iced coffee slightly warmer than I would prefer but that’s easily fixable with extra ice. If you want a good smooth cup of coffee without all the fuss this coffee maker is for you.

I really like the taste of the coffee under bold, you can also make coffee over ice. It even has a self clean button that cleanses out any coffee residue. It's a beautiful stainless steel coffee maker with its own built-in filter in the back of the coffee machine that you can change every month or so. To keep your coffee tasting fresh with the clean filtered water that goes through it. I make the perfect cup of coffee each and every time. I would highly recommend this. It's so quiet. It's not just a single cup each time (you can select the amount you want). Since I drink coffee throughout the whole day, I prefer making a larger amount once instead of brewing one or two cups multiple times a day. - Noise: it's not as loud as I expected. - I use ground coffee with it, and it works well. The function buttons are easy to understand, and the amount of coffee it makes is perfect for both me and my partner to drink throughout the day.
